Pasta di Napoli — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Update: After two days and this review, my order was canceled, refunded, and they sent me a coupon for a return visit. I'll give it another go (although I may not get in asap).

I ordered food on 4/20/24 for pick up, and went to the location and the door was locked, the phone number didn't work, and I tried texting the number that texted me the food was ready and it wouldn't go through. After waiting at the location for over 5 minutes, knocking and then pounding on the door, and calling the phone number that just hung up 3 different times, I left. I filled out a contact us form on the website and have not heard anything at all.

It's two days later, still no contact, and I am currently contesting the charge with my credit card.

I ordered some Alfredo for takeout from this place, and was extremely happy with what I received. The pasta is fresh, the sauce is flavorful, and the chicken that was added to it not only was reasonably priced, but also flavorfully cooked and presented very well. Additionally, I got cheesy garlic bread, which was wonderful, served with a very good marinara sauce. On top of all this, I got a side of bread and butter with the pasta and the bread is top notch.
