Philly Bros — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

As a restaurant server for 8 years, when I go to a new place I go all out and try to spend at least $100 to try everything especially with a score like this. Let me tell you this place knows what they’re doing!

The cheesesteak is the epitome of what you want your sandwich to be from texture to taste and the chipotle mayo was put in a separate container so when you put a little over the sandwich it literally is a 10/10 that cook knew the assignment and did not miss a single step!

Their chicken had a hint of pinkness to it but anyone that’s been to a bbq knows that doesn’t deflect the quality of a beautiful chicken. Still big pieces, lightly fried, very juicy. They marinate their chicken for 24 hours so all that seeping in through the enzymes comes back full circle to make you smack your lips and thank the heavens and appreciate life! Drizzle that mango habanero over it or the Carolina gold bbq oh yea your back is going to get big no doubt

Their grilled chicken poutine alone was enough for me to go on google and give this place a review! A rollercoaster of flavor over well cooked crinkle fries that would be a great lunch meal if you work nearby!

The Swiss truffle mushroom burger was one of the best burgers I had in a while! This was for my cousins birthday so I got him extra meat and extra cheese. Get it just like that! You will thank me later!!

It’s 12:50am right now after I woke up from having the itis and I keep going back to the table to nibble and it taste so good even cold 😩 that damn tres leches parfait biscoff and pistachio is no joke! Deep fried chocolate oreos?! Amazinggg

Legitimately the best Philly I've had outside of Philadelphia, and the portions are HUGE and filling.

We got two orders of fries and an order of onion rings with our order - the O Rings were awesome. NOT this greasy beer battered onion rings you get at some places - these were thick and angry about it. Super satisfying crunch and great taste.

The Philly steaks were tender and awesome with great seasoning - bread was warmed/grilled to perfection and a ton of meat.

My wife got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was huge and delicious - she is pretty finicky when it comes to buffalo chicken, and was raving about it.

The girls finished off with a funnel cake that was ginormous and also delicious. Super thick, but golden brown throughout and dusted with powdered sugar with a side of ice cream.

If I had a nitpick, I only wish they had a soda fountain. But know that's not always a possibility.

The owner and other workers couldn't have been any more friendly and had great recommendations for the food to include bringing us over a sample of their boneless tenders in an awesome sauce of their own making.

Don't sleep on the chipotle mayo.

This establishment was the best thing to be added to this neighborhood! Definitely going to become a regular. Cannot wait to see the journey of this restaurant.

Our first experience didn’t disappoint! First off they had a great variety of food options on the menu plus desserts, absolutely love all the different drink options in the cooler (please don’t ever change that)

Getting into the food; Burst of flavors in the dishes that you wouldn’t expect in the best way possible! Generous size portions for the sides. We got garlic parm fries and regular fries & we were super glad we got to try both because they were both fire! The seasoning on the regular fries is so yummy!

At the end the owner came out and had us try this dessert combination that he was working on and it was a great way to end Such a delicious meal! It was a funnel cake stuffed with banana drizzled with caramel & vanilla, topped with whip whipped cream. You have to try all that together in one bit! Just the right amount of sweetness!
