Pronto Sandwiches — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Stay away from this place. I had high hopes with all the authentic name brand Italian delicacies, but was disgusted and disappointed. I ordered the Coppola beaded chicken sandwich. The three female employees were talking and laughing the entire time in another language. That alone, I'm fine with, but they paid no attention to me. They all had gloves on but the lady making sandwiches kept touching her mouth while laughing. After $30, I finally received my sandwich and drink. The chicken breast was rock hard and half of it was gray. It looked like it was cooked and heated in the microwave several times. I couldn't eat it. I picked at the bread because I had to quickly board a plane. Overall extremely disappointed. This place certainly had potential, but the staff, cleanliness, food safety, and heating processes need a complete overhaul....

I left once I saw that the same pair of gloves used to handle cash, key the register, and nose pick are also used to make your food?? Im actually so grossed out. They use the same pair of gloves for everything. I’m actually shocked at the comfort level of doing that. I don’t understand how people stayed in line after seeing these things. I can only imagine how many people get sick after eating here. Please stay far away unless this issue is resolved.

Pretty decent as far as airport fast food goes. Sandwiches were expensive for what you get, but that's typical for airport restaurants. The sandwich was tasty; maybe a little too salty for my taste, but a good amount of each ingredient and tasted pretty fresh. The service wasn't very friendly but it was fast. A solid choice if you need a quick bite...
