Worst customer service I have EVER experienced! The lady had an attitude with me right away for no reason. Than got an attitude about me finding the right size. After I bought the right before I walked away I noticed a blemish and asked to Exchange for the same ring with out the blemish. The lady said I could only exchange it if I can remove the new ring with out Breaking the packaging. I was so confused that I sat there and removed the new ring.

I think this lady need To take some classes on customer service...

The salesperson was extremely rude. I approached to her station and was looking at the heart-shaped rocks for less than 30 seconds and she started talking to me rude about what am I looking for and to be smart and ask her questions instead looking around etc (she went on and on with rude tone). I was shocked 😳 she seemed very aggressive with innocent people. Then I stand back and was looking at her she literally scared away every customer that came close to...

The attendant at this store was the reason I ended up not buying anything, despite my intention to do so. She was rude to me and to other customers who were shopping while I was looking a the displays. She seems to think it is OK to mock and be argumentative with...
