I was craving a butchery chicken biscuit on Sunday at 8 am and needed to calm my light stomach pangs. Most places weren't open yet but I found this hidden treasure by default on Google search.
The reviews said "clean place with delicious food." I drove there immediately!
It's a lovely sunny cozy corner eatery with a fresh, clean, and deliciously aromatic atmosphere. It's owned by 3 sisters. LOVE THAT! The staff was very friendly and helpful navigating the menu.
I placed a To Go order and enjoyed a strawberry and banana smoothie at their "Smoothie Coffee and Lemonade Bar," while my order was being prepared.
With assistance and suggestions from the staff, I ordered: *2 Beef Empanadas, *Tilapia with a side salad and their signature mango citrus dressing. *Chicken tortilla soup. Strawberry and banana smoothie made with milk.
When I got to the car I ate one of the beef empanadas and ended up going back inside to order four more. They were very delicious, and the homemade sauces that come with them for dipping are delicious as well!!! The chicken tortilla soup was hearty and very flavorful!! I generally add my dry crispy tortillas to my soup just before I eat it. Theirs were already added in the soup but to my surprise I didn't mind. I still enjoyed it! If it's an option, I may try them on the side next time just to see if the crunchy texture makes a difference.
I am a catfish filet person, I don't like tilapia because it's always dry, but to my surprise the tilapia sandwich was extremely flavorful and the fish was flaky and juicy!! The bun was "spot on" too!! My smoothie was very creamy smooth and delicious!!!
I really like this place and I plan to return to try other options on the menu, maybe have a cappuccino from their beverage bar, and try to slow my day down a bit so I can possibly dine in.

Read moreI was originally walking to get to Starbucks, but I got hungry. When thinking about their 3D printed tasting food, I knew I was in the mood for something else. Sissy's was right across the street. On Monday, I ordered a cafe con leche and a bacon egg and cheese wrap to go. I got home and was totally shocked at how absolutely slam-dunkingly tasty it was. It came with sweet potato fries- I don't even like sweet potatoes, and I ate every last one, Dipping in the avocado sauce (I don't like avocado either) and the orange colored sauce. I thought about that meal literally all day, and then went back again this morning for the same thing. The Cafe con leche is so outrageously tasty, and the Chipotle mayo sauce is just perfect with the sweet potato fries.
This place literally made me like sweet potatoes and avocados in one trip. I'm goin back again tomorrow. 5 stars is not enough.
Oh, and it's super super...
Read moreI dined in this restaurant with my husband and three kids on Saturday morning for breakfast. The food is amazing; it was made and served very fast. Their service is great too. They're very friendly, humble, and honest people (they answered our questions honestly about the fish taco trio). Since we only eat vegetarian, seafood, and halal food, we ordered the following from the menu: veggie empanadas, fish taco trio, avocado toast, strawberry marmalade waffle, veggie skillet, veggie omelette, veggie omelette wrap with sweet potato chips, conchas, cafe con leche, and cappuccino. Every dish tasted amazing, their portions are also pretty big, and their prices are very affordable! It's a child-friendly place as well. I told my extended family about Sissy's Sandwich restaurant; they can't wait to try it!! Thank you so much for great service! We'll be coming back, this time for fish sandwich...
