Subway — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

Make sure to check your items, they like to upcharge you especially the older fella (not the owner, the employee)

not sure what's been going on with this store but its going down hill. There was a young man who worked there and felt like he always made sure things are on top.

Lately I been getting up charged for just about everything. Everytime I come in its a different price for the same meal I get. Today was the last straw for me where the guy charges me $20 for a single 6 inch Sandwhixh that usually comes out to be $10 with double meat.

Prime examples are on the photos. Please tell me how that makes sense, even the app with double-meat didn't have that price

This time buddy charged me double meat for every meat instead of double meat for the sandwich. As if I made it custom sandwich. Sad to say I wont be coming back

The service was, well, suspicious. I mean that they were suspicious of the motives of the customers.

Did we come for WiFi? None available Did we come to charge our phones? All outlets were covered Did we come to use the restrooms? Paying customers only.

I understand the need for rules but they were presented in a more hostile way than necessary.

The menu was limited compared to other Subways and the portions were less than optimal as well.

If you are using Jefferson Park station and you need a bite, I see this as a last ditch option. Much better to get empanadas in the station terminal building.

Pro Tip While WiFi is unavailable in Subway, you can snag some from neighbouring Baskin Robbins ice cream. You might be better off to snag sustenance there rather than...

Someone ( maybe homeless) was asking for the restroom to be opened and since I conveyed their request to the staff , the staff had to check my GrubHub order and took solid time to verify the order. I understand their concern for who they should be serving but I found their attitude towards me offensive. I was waiting inside for solid 15 minutes to get that order and their distrust even after showing the order put me off. I do not think I would return to this place again.
