When I called to complain they claimed I did not check off the "steak" selection for meat option. How do you fill the order out in the first place, then when you see "Extra meat" on the order ..YOU CHARGE FOR IT, but you don't think of putting ANY meat on it? The person that took my call for the complaint kept using "bro" in addressing me, repeatedly and insisted that i made the mistake on not checking "steak" for the meat selection. This incident made me realize I should NEVER order from this place ever again!!! Poor service, even poorer customer service. Ignorant attitudes and aloof mentality!! DON'T...

Service and quality of food seem to be lacking at times, mostly on the WEEKEND.. I HAVE gotten, excellent, very well prepared n cooked authentic Mexican food from here before. Typically during the weekday..The service and the food is very good 60+% of the time..YET..I've also gotten horribly greasy, old tough meat, sloppily made tacos and burritos especially on the WEEKEND during the day time!..Usually on Saturday when the meat is used from the night before and the staff hungover and without a manager 🙄 This place can definitely be a hit or a miss, unfortunately..Beware of ordering from this place on the weekends!..Especially Saturday and Sunday during the day! More than likely, your going to get a sloppy greasy mess. It's a shame that it's that way and they can provide more consistent service and quality..It seems they can't keep a consistent quality of staff either. They have another location on Harlem and close to Belmont but I'm not very sure of the quality coming out of that restaurant as I've only gone there...

Taco Burrito King is one of my favorite burrito destinations. Just not this location. I arrived around 2:00 p.m. I was the only customer in the space. There was an employee behind the counter but he didn't greet me he just kind of stood there looking at me until I said hello.

I felt like I was bothering him. I told him I had an order to dine in and I ordered a steak burrito without beans with sour cream.

That's my go-to and I recommend it to everyone who eats at Taco Burrito king. Except for this location. The gentleman prepared my food, packed it up to go, and wished me on my way.

I reminded him that I was dining in today. I felt bad telling him that because of the way he was making me feel. My meal was warm in temperature and rolled beautifully. However to my disappointment no sour cream and about six large chunks of fat that I was unable to chew and had to spit out.

Disappointing Taco Burrito king. Some of your locations are truly phenomenal. I hope if I visit here again I have a better experience...
