Fun, as always. The VA has arranged it so the park district and the school allow all service veterans to use the gym as a makeshift archery range. This occurs several times throughout the year. It certainly seems to bring a lot of joy to the veterans. And introduces us to a nice, quite neighborhood full of children - keeping spirits up and, dare I say, the neighborhood just that much more safe when we're around.
