Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I decided to patronize this business because I work 1 block away. I went to Popeyes on Friday 1-24-25. I purchased the 3-piece special. When I opened the box I could tell the chicken was partially dry. I was not able to return the chicken due to my work schedule. I returned on 1-26-25 to purchase a 3-piece. I explained my experience with the last purchase. I asked for my chicken to be fried and I will wait for it. I was told to drive to the window. A male was at the window and began verbally attacking me because I asked for my chicken to be fried fresh and I would wait. The male told me I gave his employee a hard time and I had an attitude. I asked for the district manager's name. He stated he was the manager. I asked for the regional manager's name he stated there was no regional manager. This was the worst experience I had at Popeyes. This guy never apologized and became angry because I asked for my chicken to be fried while I waited. I decided not to do business with this restaurant and I will never patronize this restaurant again. The chicken was dry I purchased it on Friday. The last 3 times I’ve come here I’ve had issues with the app. Was not able to use my rewards because the app won’t load the page to pay. I’ve gone in and told them about it and I’m always told there’s nothing they can do. Once again, sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to do a mobile order with rewards points. It wouldn’t continue onto the payment screen. I go inside and tell the girl at the counter. She goes to the back and get a male Indian manager. He’s always there. I asked how I can use my rewards to order my food. He said via the app. Told him app, once again not working and I sat in the car for 10 mins waiting for the next screen to pay. He was very rude. I told him, as the owner of the place he should try and remedy the situation since it hasn’t worked the last 3 times I’ve been there. He said he’s not the owner and there’s nothing he can do and for me to take my issue up with corporate since it’s a 3rd party service. Really?? Really?? This man needs customer service training. Super clean, well maintained, bathrooms are very clean! Has 3 large booths- ( seats up to 6-8 depending on your size😊😉) and 2 regular sized booths along with 3 tables -seats 4 each.

I have been to many Popeyes throughout the city over the years and recently have frequented this location and let me tell you.. the spicy option is truly SPICY!! I like Spicy and outside of New Orleans , it's hard to actually find spicy when you order it. But this place has always been great about that!

I ordered the 4 piece all white spicy and not only was it spicy it was fresh and hot. I added the mashed potatoes, red beans and rice( I MISS THE CAJUN RICE! How bout ya'll?)

Tried the mac & cheese which was probably the least favorite but all in all the employees here are always friendly ,courteous and very professional, which you don't find too often at fast food locations, and they're FAST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
