This place has been here holding up for a good while now. This place was awesome back when they knew how to make real good shakes. This was like more than 4 yrs ago staff has changed some what. 3 stars for change in items like the bacon cheese burger. Yeah some may like it, but they don't make them like they used to. I used to get a double but now a single barely gets me satisfied. I love bacon cheeseburgers especially when they are done right. I don't know if it's the fact that they now use different bread and bacon but eh. Fries still remain the same with the classic thick style. Pizza puff isn't bad either when they don't overcook it. When they actually make the Italian beef to the memos instructions it's pretty good too! If you like Vienna Dog Hots this place carries them as well. Gyro isn't bad when the sauce doesn't taste...

So um.....just because I don't enter a tip on the pad...I still get charged a "3.9% service charge"? Rip off. Aren't the cooks being paid? Unless I ask for something unreasonable I see no reason for extra charges...especially after walking all the way over there. This a "roadside" fast food joint, basically. $12 for 8 small wing dings and a few fries...plus extra charge? A bit excessive. Food is good, however.

Didn't notice until I got home, not a single ketchup pack, no salt or pepper, no utensils...just napkins. AND..the side of bbq sauce I asked for ended up being a cup of hot sauce! Just be sure to double check your order before leaving! The service charge may be them passing on the fee for using their clover pad...which still doesn't seem...

This place used to make best Italian beef in chicago area. After the old folks retired and sold the store, food doesn't taste good as before. I just visited today to order Italian beef with fries. New owner Mexican couple are being little cheap with giving fries and hot pepper. Before old folks use to give lots of fries now barely little. I've been customer almost 25 yrs with this place. Owner told me he will give lots of fries but it was lie when I came home to eat it. Lady is very CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP! YOU GUYS JUST LOST ONE CUSTOMER . I AM NOT GOING BACK! PLAESE DONT LIE TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER. Giving just little extra to customers will bring more business to you. Dont try to save little expense and loose your...
