I love this little restaurant in the northwest side of the city. It's so convenient not requiring a drive to Uptown or Chinatown for Chinese food. There's also parking at the U.S. Bank parking lot just 200 feet away. Eating inside is very comfortable. The dining area is small but clean, modern, and spacious per table. The owners are also very friendly and enjoy talking to customers. They certainly are meticulous about their service.
The food portions are about 15%~ smaller than dishes served at Chinatown restaurants. However, I love the savoriness and tuned flavor of Li Hing's dishes. I highly suggest getting the more Chinese ones. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely loved coming here, the food was inexpensive and they gave a lot more than what was expected for the amount paid.
I came here with my sister, and my father. We ordered three lunch specials, each comes with an egg roll, hot and sour or eggdrop soup and either steamed or fried rice. No rice is included if you other noodles. The price of this was, if I recall correctly was approximately like 6-7$.
The environment was lovely, the workers were really sweet! The food was outstanding, especially the eggdrop soup. It was my first time trying such a soup and the worker was kind enough o explain what each option was to me.
Id love to return, and may do so! I recommend this location. I do have to say, the fried rice tasted a little bland, and dry. It may because Iāve tasted a lot of fried rice in my lifetime, and have some expectations to how it should taste that may have affected my judgment. Nonetheless, I feel this was good to point out.
(Blurred my families faces for privacy reasons, it as well looks beautiful this way as...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI decided to try this spot out due to my old favorite spot Jess Cafe falling off and I gotta say for the price , amount of food and flavor in said food this spot wasn't bad.
I decided to go with orange chicken and a side of shrimp Shumai which was fried that I didnt expect, but extremely fresh and delicious.
The orange chicken was extremely flavorful , not gunked in sauce and overall really good. My only complaint was that it wasn't that crunchy which was probably due to me driving it home to eat.
The fried rice pared with it was fresh , needed some shrimp but really good. The shrimp Shumai while good, I just wish it was steamed shumai instead.
Overall I could see myself coming back in the future because the food was fresh , good and service was professional.
The only negatives are they don't take discover cards and the restaurant doesn't have any real ambience so its not a date night spot but it does have tables & chairs to sit down and eat if...
