This is a fantastic take on a traditional New England style lobster roll, in which the cooked lobster chunks is served as a lobster salad on a toasted split top bun.
The lobster salad was amazing and the portion size is robust!! The dressing on the cold hunks of lobster was simply made of mixing mayo, celery, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I tasted a hint of dill but was delicious nonetheless.
There is no in-store seating allowed and all prepared foods or purchases are to-go. The shop is simple decor, just fresh seafood to pick-up and go. This is a quiet hidden gem in Albany Patk.

Their prepared products are another story. I ordered a Lobster Roll which was okay, not great but okay, a bit on the flat side flavor wise. If it was only the LR, I might have given them 4 stars, maybe, but I also purchased Seafood Gumbo and their Bisque. If the two soups were the only items ordered, then they would have gotten 1 star. Both were awful, a watery flavorless mess. Bisques even bad ones are rich and creamy, theirs were like water and totally lacked flavor, the Gumbo was pretty much the same except the color...
