After getting hijabs from this brandâs bazaar stalls, I went there today 20 minutes before store closing time. Turned out there was no one in the shop and a note was posted stating that if shop is closed, call a number. I called the owner and she kept asking me what I wanted to buy repeatedly. âAre you going to buy just one hijab or moreâ âare you going to get an abaya tooâ. I told her itâs my first time, I wanted to check out the store and get more than 1 item as per my choice. She asked me to wait 15 minutes and by that time the official store hours were over. She made me feel like she was doing me a favor by letting me in the store.
I have liked the hijabs from this place, but the customer service is bad. I was treated disrespectfully. âDonât touch these hijabsâ âIâve to go back, hurry up, decide quicklyâ and these kind of comments. In the end, when I was checking out, she told me the price for each scarf was $10. When I decided to get just one that I liked, she said give me $2 more. She said if you buy 2, you pay $20. That was definitely something she didnât mention to me before. I then thought to just not make it a big deal and decided to get 2 hijabs. But then she declined and said give me $3 more if you want 2 hijabs. I then lost it. I told her youâre outright wrong because youâre going against your words again and again. Later on, she started to turn off the lights and kept saying I came for you even though I was cooking for my son-in-law. When I told her you are doing the business unprofessionally, you donât care about your customer driving 40 minutes just to get hijabs from your store, you are constantly changing the prices: her face turned pale and she started acting all nice.
I would never go to this store because of complete lack of customer service and unprofessional...
Read moreI have been coming to Zaynas for over 12 years now. They have beautiful scarves and abayas and a large selection to choose from. I have purchased many scarves over the years and yes they will give you a better price dep bring on the quantity you purchase. They always give you a fair price on abayas as well. They also have hijabs for young girls that are cute and age appropriate.
What I love the most is the owner and her friend that works here. They are both so kind and friendly and are always willing to open the shop before or after hours, even when they are in the middle of dinner with their families. I always look forward to seeing them. Also itâs a female owned business that I will continue to support for as many years...
Read moreDumb woman on the phone, ask for price range of the abayas and if you have a single braincell you say what your cheapest abaya is and your most expensive. Putting shame to us Arabs, and not going to get any barakah acting like an Ahole to potential customers.
Edit after responding to my review they lied again saying they answered my question. On day of judgement may Allah...
