Tommy's On Higgins — Restaurant in Jefferson Township

I went to Tommy's On Higgins the other night and I feel obligated to share my experience. I feel the only way to truly articulate my feelings is by painting you a picture. Imagine the moment you sit down at a table a ray of sunshine hits you and you alone. The Cheers theme song starts playing, but it’s as if you’re the only one that can hear it. You are greeted by one of the waitresses, who if I told you was an angel from heaven, you would believe it. They take your order with the utmost passion and enthusiasm. The food comes faster than a Jimmy John’s delivery driver. You are impressed so far, but quickly realize it’s not your normal everyday meal. There is something different about it, but you can’t put your finger on it. You take a bite of the best food you have ever had and you start to feel like you're having a health scare because of how something could taste so good. When it is time to leave, a wave of emotion hits you and a tear sheds down your cheek as you realize you will never have an experience like that ever again. 10/10, can't...

I was there on a Tuesday afternoon with a group of girlfriends for lunch. We ended up staying for almost five hours so that should tell you something.

Zee the bartender/manager was one of the best bartenders/servers I've had in a long time! She joked around and interacted with all of us. She was great! Tommy the owner even came out to welcome us and say hello and see how everything was.

Food was really good -- we had reubens, smashburgers, pizza, etc. All good!
