I went to the Jefferson store about 2 and a half weeks ago and got the wrong meals. I called back and was told either refund or replace at my discretion. I came back and was greeted with a young lady manager that had an attitude problem from the get go. She was laughing with her co worker that was out of sight about the situation only because i could hear the little snide remarks did i know this. I asked for the district managers number to be told they couldn't give it out. I left very angry and called the Commerce store and was not only given the district's number but offered to have the meals replaced from a store that didn't mess up the order. I called the district's number the next day and was told they would address the problem with the employee's and also send me some cards for meals for my trouble. It has been two weeks and still nothing. Way to drop the ball from the store level all the way to the district manager. Shows what customer service means to them. If given the choice drive the extra 15 minutes to Commerce and get treated with respect. If i could give no stars i would just the disrespect from the store employees makes it...
Read moreIf I could give less than a 1 Star I would! Stopped by this Arby’s location & got the philly sandwhich meal. Got home 4 hours later started feeling stomach cramps/pain & explosive diarrhea. Now mind you, I never ever eat at Arby’s so I’m thinking this would be a nice treat for me, but only if I knew this would happen I would never ever have eaten here! This led to indigestion, stomach pain, & loss of appetite! I still have the receipt & timing for proof along with pictures. I will never eat at an Arby’s again & this food poisening is no fun especially as a college student I had to miss class for this. I don’t wish this on my worst enemy & im looking up reviews to see that I am not the only one who has experience this with this restaurant. Read moreI don't usually leave horribly negative reviews but this is not the first time I've had issue with this Arby's. If I could vote less than 1, I would. I have never had such incompetent service in my life. My 3 sandwich meals, all ordered small, were translated to large by the time I was at the window. One had to be remade at the window due to an allergy that I accounted for but they just didn't get. I paid for large orders when I ordered small and the cashier just couldn't understand that I didn't want large orders with FOUR potato cakes. None of us can eat that much or drink the massive drinks. And none of those mistakes would have bothered me much but I had to pay for their mistakes. I DO NOT recommend...
