I wish I could give a Negative 5 Stars... like for real... I went in the restaurant (NOT MY FIRST, SECOND NOR THIRD BAD EXPERIENCE at this same restaurant) on September 15, 2025 between 4:30 and 5. I walk in there were 3 employees on a register, I first thought the one employee on the customer side was a customer or an employee that was on break. After standing there for 5 minutes, I went to the restroom. Come back the same 3 on the register (still No Acknowledgement of a customerwalking up) STILL "TRAINING" I asked the young lady that was handling the paid orders to take my Order. I told the other 3 that they should at least acknowledge that a customer was standing there, I alsobtold them they need to do better with Customer Service. I asked for the manager and to my surprise (NOT) he was standing there with the other 2. So he heard me say that they should acknowledge customers and at least say "We will be with you shortly" or even better as a manager with a register not being used stepped over and took my order, but he told me that he stayed over to train (UMMM THAT'S YOUR JOB, BETTER YET YOUR PROBLEM) Best way to train someone would be hands on with a customer standing right in front of you. I can truly understand a wait if there are other customers in the restaurant but it was No other customers so take 5 seconds to at least Greet customers, My Time is just as valuable as you training an employee that is going to be there longer than it takes for me to...
Read moreZaxby's has been my favorite fast food for YEARS, so I was super sad when I saw they now serve shrimp, which I am allergic to. Last night I was craving it BAD so we called to see if they used shared equipment. The assistant manager answered and assured us they do not and it was in fact safe. That was determined to be a lie after I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom with food poisoning. Y'all are lucky my allergy is just food poisoning symptoms, that could have been anaphylactic shock, it could have been an ER trip, or worse... it could kill someone. Y'all need to either follow through with your promise of safe food handling, or not tell people it's safe. YOU COULD KILL SOMEONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wait 15 minutes to be told the 2 nd order didn't come through. I have a receipt. Manager says it was a glitch and there's NOTHING HE CAN DO. I check the gift card, the $18 for the second order is gone from the gift card. It went through. I HAVE A RECEIPT ON MY PHONE SHOWING IT WAS PAID.
