KFC — Restaurant in Jeffersontown

I normally don't give reviews, much less bad reviews, but I experienced what was the worst fast food experience at KFC in JTown tonight. I pulled up to an extremely long line, which doesn't bother me, except when it takes 30 minutes to get up to the speaker to order. It was so bad 3 cars behind me left. After giving my order, which ended up being $17, I got to the window to receive my food. The young kid seemed completely out of it and lost, wasn't professional at all and all I heard was the manager yelling in the back. Once my food was prepared, after waiting 10 min at the window, I drove off. When I got home to eat dinner, I opened the KFC boxes to find that they left 2 items out that were paid for. Went thru door dash to have dinner delivered. Our order was wrong. KFC acknowledged they made an error on our order. I was told I had to call door dash and so I did. After 43 minutes on the phone with door dash, I was told KFC was responsible. I called KFC and let them know what door dash told me. KFC told me they can’t do anything and to call KFC head office. I called the head office and was on phone for 17 minutes and still no help. No one wants to take responsibility. Was there today, 12/23/17 around noon. No line at the drive thru. The person was pleasant and helpful.

Once I pulled up to the pickup window, there was about a 3 minute wait to get my order which was rather large and had a special request. The lady was quite pleasant and wished me Merry Christmas as I took my order.

Upon arriving home, everything was hot, fresh, and correct. My only complaint was that the chicken could have been cooked a little longer. The extra crispy pieces were anything but.
