Derb E Cigs — Local services in Jeffersontown

Okay I can speak for the outer loop store this is for the Taylorsville Road store I don't know how it got brought up from my GPS because I've never been there but it says I have and I had already posted this post and then I looked and it said Taylorsville Road so again I can speak for the outerloop store and from just listening to their customers just about any Derby eCigs shop has Very friendly staff very reasonable prices on their juice and not to mention their selection of juice and quality is awesome a nice place to go and just hang out and see and chill and talk with people I highly recommend the store this is the only Derby eCigs vape shop I've been to it takes me about 20 minutes to go to the one on the Outer Loop but I would also like to get out to the other ones and see what they have going on but my local the only thing I wish they would carry more mods newer tanks because I know there are things that I would like to buy from Derby but they don't have so I have to go to Vapor lab and I don't like doing that but when you need something in your local Vape Shop doesn't have it and there's one two minutes down the road from your local are you going to do without or go down the road and get what you need! That's my only complaint as I think they need to keep up with the newer devices...

Horrible customer service and tasteless e juices. I've only bought their brand of juices, and I ended up throwing them away because there was only enough flavor to smell it, but not taste it at all, even in my best tanks. The store is dirty, dark, and so filled with vapor that it's almost hard to see. The employees I met just hang out with their friends while they're working. They are rude and act like you're bothering them. I've only had one employee bother to act friendly. Most employees don't seem to be very knowledgeable. Everything I've bought there has been very disappointing and I found out later that there were things the same price or slightly more that were way better. The employees aren't trained well on their return policy; I hear one answer over the phone, but get a different answer when I actually arrive. Talking to one employee they'll say a problem with a battery is reason enough to return it, but when I'm in with the battery to return it, the problem has to do with anything but the battery. The owner is a bit of an ass, too. You don't yell at customers. They don't seem concerned with trying to get customers to come back. Have gone there from the beginning. If you are getting your ECig products from somewhere else you are going to the wrong place!! Great people. No offense to those who are complaining, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for in the ECig world. If you want crappy devices & liquid with God knows what in it, you could probably save a buck somewhere. They also have cheaper devices if need be. When it comes to customer service, the store is unique because it's also a lounge, with flat screens & a flavor bar. It's very nice with leather couches,music etc. It's "home" feeling hangout that's very laid back. I'll take that over somewhere with an employee breathing down your neck constantly saying "can I help you-can I help you-can I help you" you get the idea, it's like going to Home Depot, very annoying.
