Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

i’m not even tryna be rude or nothing i go to starbucks once in a while only for a chai tea ive been to dutch bros twice since it open and try to order a chai tea from there both times they didn’t give me what i asked for the first time it was so watered down and no carmel like i asked the second time i decided i will give it another try since it’s on my way to school & awfulll they gave me coffee!!!?? when are chai tea and coffee the same thing ? and it was strong too im mad literally cus i also tipped . mind you they read the order back to me before handing it to me & what they are handing me isn’t what i asked for . i will not be returning im highly disappointed i also tried to call & it made me go thru loopholes so...

First things first. The name has the word "coffee" in it however they don't have coffee. I thought I would give Dutch Bros a try since they were new to the area. I pulled in and the person with the tablet took my order. I asked for a hot black coffee. She put the order in, and then when I pulled up to get my coffee, I was offered an Americano. I let her know I ordered plain black coffee, at which time I was told they don't have regular coffee. I ask how she could make Americano without coffee. Just make it without milk and guess what? You have coffee.

I was told they can't make coffee only coffee drinks.

Oh my goodness folks talk about Service with a smile. Ivan was amazing. I sat and talked to him while he was helping me navigate through the new menu the coffee that he suggested was out of this world. It was blended, tasted super good when I pulled up to the front Maritza Was smiling from ear to ear and very very friendly. I’m telling you you don’t get that at mini coffee shops not even the Hiney Bros and coffee crossing has really really gone downhill over the years so if you really wanna listen up, get your butt over to The Dutch Bros and get a blended coffee and some excellent service with a smile.
