If I could give this location 0 stars, I would!! This place is a joke!! I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I finally got up to window. I specifically looked at my clock because I had to be at another appointment. Arrival time 6:09 departure...with no food, 6:39!!! I asked the gal what the long wait was all about, to which she replied they had a BIG rush and still don't have a cheeseburger for me!! Whaaat?!?!? I finally am fed up so pull up and go into store asking them to just give it to me there....they still didn't have it ready!! Mind you their BIG RUSH was 1 customer in the lobby and 3 cars in the drive thru me being the car in the middle!! The car behind me got fed up and backed out and left! The drive thru employee was extremely rude and just adamantly stated, "there's just nothing we can do about it!!" No apology to the customer just constant eye rolling and attitude!! The manager finally tried to give us the cheeseburger after 30 minutes of wait time....uhhh no, I just want a refund after this!! Am I ticked?!?!?!?! Of course I am!!! I will NEVER go back to this location again!!! And PLEASE tell the "manager" Devan to wash his shirt!!! It was nasty dirty!!! After seeing these reviews, I think some employees must have had friends/family go on and give them some good reviews just to bump up their reviews/stars and they're STILL barely at a 3...DON'T GO PEOPLE...DON'T!!! I'd drink toilet water out of a dirty shoe befor I set foot in there again..I waited a year befor the last bad expierence, and this was so unbelievably messed up I couldnt believe it was actually happening. Where do I start? The missing food, the inedible food? The cold, dry chicken? The (no joke) 5 fries thrown into the box? The drink that had obviously been sitting from a previous order for who knows how long? The fact the woman FLAT OUT LIED about what we ordered, that the price went up, charged us more, only to see a sign saying it hadn't changed and it's one of their big specials now. I paid $12 for what was roughly $5 (at best) of food..that had to be thrown out. What little I did eat, I was sick within 20 minutes & it continued the rest of the day...My bf usually gets breakfast there on the weekend for everyone. I dont want the kids touching the stuff. Wont be going back. The fact they lied and purposely over charged us, on top of the state of our food. I have contacted corporate and got the info for the franchise owner. I plan on sending the pictures we took, the receipt and anything else needed. How incompetent do you have to be to not be able to fill an adequate order at DQ? My 7 year old could do better...This place and its staff are disgusting...and this comming from someone that never complains, and understands the stress of...

Possibly the worst DQ in the Kentuckiana area. Arrived at 8:53am. One car in front of me in the drive thru and nobody inside because the place is locked down again. The car in front of me is advised to pull forward and park. I pay and I’m also advised to pull forward and park. Here is a suggestion for management, don’t take a customers money and then advise them to go park. If you have a wait then advise the customer there will be a wait before they pay so they can decide if they can wait. Not everyone has 15 minutes to wait for an order of biscuits and gravy. The lady working is wearing gloves and each time she comes out to deliver food she fights with dirty and nasty looking the floor is wet sign so she can prop the door open and not get locked out. What’s the odds she’s changing gloves before making food again? Who are the gloves protecting, her or the customer?

Oh and best of all after a 15 minute wait for food, it’s cold. So many other options in the area for food. So many negative reviews of this location.why hasn’t management taken corrective action to resolve the issues that affect this location?

The last time I was at this location I ordered chili dogs, after paying I was advised the chili was in the freezer and...
