Five stars, excellent customer service— I tried TSC for the first time today, and I didn’t like what I purchased, as the Caesar salad wrap was warm and I didn’t realize that. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee smoothie taste and it had pieces of ice in it that were hard for me to chew as I have aligners/painful teeth. I went back in to ask if there was anything they could really do, as it wasnt really their fault, it was mine for not liking their stuff. After explaining, they were able to refund and they even remade a smoothie for me, which I tried to refuse but she made it anyway and I realized it was a lot more blended and smoothie-like, which means I’ll definitely go back for a smoothie at some point in the future. I visited Tropical Café recently and was greeted warmly by the staff, who provided great service when taking my order and preparing my drink. However, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by the behavior of one employee, Eli.

While I was waiting for my food, Eli came over and set my food down by throwing it onto the table, rolled his eyes, and walked away without a word. This behavior felt unprofessional and dismissive, especially in contrast to the otherwise excellent service I received from the rest of the team.

I wanted to bring this to your attention because the rest of the staff made me feel welcome, and I hope this type of interaction can be addressed so it doesn’t affect future customers’...

I really do love this place. Smoothies and food are good 👍 I gave 3 ⭐ because it is a bit pricey. I also like to get the all American wrap for breakfast. But it looks nothing like the pic from the website as far as the bacon 🥓.

The pic shows 2 thick pieces of bacon. And what you get is one piece you can't even taste because it's so thin and the cheese and eggs are so much.

Also every wrap I received the bacon is not cooked 🫤 I tried to ask for them to crispy my Bacon but it never turns out tht way. Maybe I'll just ask for it on the side and microwave it...
