Subway — Restaurant in Jena

Do not come here. First they had a police scanner going off loudly in the store when I was trying to order. All the veggied looked a day old. I got a salad and had to ask the boy behind the counter to please get some fresh. The black olives I wanted, but didnt get any because there were 3 in the container. So I asked the older indian looking lady who was the manager and she said me. I said well the black olives and all the veggies look old. She said no ma'am we just filled them. But there were three black olives in the container. First time I have been to subway in jena in about a year. I want be going...

Yes, I will admit the place is clean as a whistle and the food is good but the staff is lousy!!! They literally gave us a meatball sub without any meat in it! When we wanted her to just fix problem and give us another one with the meat. The woman was extremely rude to my older mother and wanted to argue about what was on the receipt! We wound up with nothing because she refused to fix it only reason being she didn't want to admit she had made a mistake on our order!!!! Don't waste your time with these...

The staff was rude. The food table was nasty. The server kept wiping her hands all over her clothes and still served food without washing. I used a coupon for a meal which includes the sandwich, chips and drink but was still charged $1.50 extra for a meal. Ordered a kids meal but only got the sandwich. Wasn't charged for the kid meal, just the $2.00 for the 3 inch sandwich.

I was extremely disappointed. Management needs to do an overhaul of the staff and find people who aren't rude...
