Cookiedoodle — Restaurant in Jenks

So disappointed. Ordered 3 dozen custom cookies. Totaled almost $120. I’m not one to complain about things, I sent photos of royal icing cookies. I was a new customer to cookiedoodle and was not told at my time of ordering that they could not do them how I sent in. The cookies I received were iced with buttercream instead of royal icing and did not look like the characters I sent. (Other than the Jason mask, and a few scream masks) Once I reached out about my order and requested to speak to someone about my cookies. I was responded too almost 24 hours later AFTER I left a poor review on their FB page. I was then harassed to remove the review by Bernadette, the owner. The business owner then proceeded to leave a false review on MY personal businesses page when she has never dealt with me on a business standpoint, or ever been into my store front. We will NEVER be going into cookiedoodle again, and I will not be recommending this business to anyone I know because of the poor...

Terrible cake decorating, Terrible customer service. Ordered a cake and looks like a 3rd grader decorated. Gave them a pic of another cake found online and they said no problem. What a joke!!! When we asked for a refund(absolutely could not use what they through together) they said they would give half the money back but they would keep cake!!!! Hahahaha, are you kidding me. So we pay you 1/2 the amount and walk away with nothing. What a scam!! And by the way the young lady that liked to talk back and soosh the adults, great up bringing. They have the best keto chocolate cupcake. It isn't grainy like the ones at KUPCAKZ. I had one at the Vintage Days and fell in love. I also managed to stop at their facility on other occasions and had a wonderful experience. This last time I went in I was highly disappointed. Their display cabinets were completely stocked with everything, except they had one lonely keto cupcake that they are charging $5 for, and I had to stop the transaction because the chocolate frosting appeared gray and the sugars had separated. Hmmmm.... I had to point this out to the person at the register. She went to check the freezer for more. I would not have bought the frozen cupcake even if she had found one. I would pay $5 for something...
