This is the closest taco bell to me, after going here for about the last year since i moved to jenks i am seriously thinking of never going to any taco bell again. I say with full confidence i have NEVER been to any fast food establishment or restaurant in my life that messes up my orders more. I’m not exaggerating even slightly when i say 9/10 times my order is wrong.
One time my order was wrong so i drove through again to have it remade, when it was remade it was wrong again, went through again and it was made wrong a THIRD time.
This last time i went it was made wrong (no shocker) and they forgot my cinnamon twists, i went through to get my twists and my messed up items remade and when the worker asked what i originally ordered she then replied after and said “that’s what we made” in a condescending tone - which was incorrect because it had cheese when i ordered it fresco. When they remade my items they forgot my twists again, i was over it so left and decided i’m not ever going back lmao

Read moreThe staff was pleasant, the tacos were pretty standard, and the quesadilla (pics included) was a scam. I got 3 soft tacos, 3 Dorito tacos, and a chicken quesadilla. The chicken was beyond dry, and it tasted weird- almost like there was bacon in it (I don't eat pork so this was a much unwanted flavor). I think it was overseasoned, or it simply developed a weird flavor after sitting untouched for several hours. Maybe both? It was the thing I was most looking forward to and most disappointed by. It wasn't cut properly either- they may need new tools because there was an indent, so they did try. One "piece" has absolutely nothing inside, while the other 3 "pieces" were full of dry and weird tasting chicken with VERY little cheese. Super sucky. 😕
My sauce situation was depressing and upsetting too. I asked for a "ton" of sauce (I need at least 2 per taco), but they have me 5, FIVE total. For 6 tacos and a quesadilla.. 🤦♀️ (Different definitions I guess?)
I also asked for an extra side of quesadilla sauce, which I didn't receive, but it seems like they put extra on it.

Read moreI placed an order on the Taco Bell app at 2:19 a.m. and at the location to complete the order by 2:33 a.m. no one was operating the drove thru speaker and when I finally waited at the window (and honked although I deafest the behavior) someone eventually came to the window to inform me they were closed even though the website states they are open until 3 a.m., At this point it is only 2:42 a.m. when I inquired about my order I was informed they never received it (even though I confirmed the address with the individual and I clearly showed them my order confirmation number. My account also shows a pending transaction for the purchase) and there was nothing they would or could do about it since they had already closed. At this point it is still only 2:44 a.m. at this point I was informed I was informed to cancel the transaction on my phone application. After doing so I placed and order at the 1535 E. 71st location and had my food by 3:01 a.m. and enjoyed a very polite and enjoyable experience in the process.
