OH-ICEE — Restaurant in Jerome

Honestly, I really want to like this place. My 3 year old does. The food is fine and I hope in time it improves. I hope the owners see this review and take my thoughts into consideration.

Firstly, there were a ton of workers but no one at the counter. Several people just stared at me until another person finally came to take my order. I feel like someone should have at least said 'we will be right with you!' as opposed to just leave me hanging for a while.

Anyways, I ordered something with extra gummy bears and paid 50 cents extra for this.

No big deal, my son had been asking for gummy bears all day. Well when I get his ice cream, it is missing the m&Ms that should have been with it and it has only 3 gummy bears.

I never return things or make a fuss about this stuff. But really, 3? For 50 cents? I would expect like 8-10? They were not fancy ones either.

So I went and asked about it (mostly because of the missing m&ms) but while I was up there I said something about the gummy bears and the worker told me they only give you 2 gummy bears normally.

Like 25 cents a gummy bear? I know this is just about gummy bears, but that is really ridiculous.

She did give me a couple more, but I really think 2 gummy bears for 50 cents obnoxious.

Also they then completely got my order wrong. And I watched them 'fix' it. They just plucked the wrong flavor out and put the right one in.. it was bizarre. And they left bits of the strawberry ice cream (the wrong flavor) behind.

Anyways, I think this place is fine. I am mostly leaving a review for feedback for the owners bc I want this business to last. (Also they got 2-3 other orders wrong in the 15-20 minutes I was there).

I feel like if they tweak things I would go back. But as of right now I'm not sure.

Also this was my second visit and they also got my order completely wrong the first...

NOT WORTH $6 SMALL CUP OF ICE CREAM!!!

This is the 3rd time I’ve been here. First time the line was out the door so I didn’t even bother going in. Second time, it was about 10 minutes before they closed. I walked in and they said they were closed. So I left. My fiancé walked back in and told them what time it was and that their sign said that they were open for another 10 minutes. Third time was today. I walked in and had no clue where to order at. There were about 10-15 people in there and 6 walked in behind me. They said it would be a 15 minute wait. 35 minutes later I got my ice cream. It was just super cold and tasted like normal store bought ice cream just rolled up. It melted really quick. Oh did I mention, they only had one person making the ice cream while 4 others were just standing around doing nothing? Yeah. And the music they were playing was so loud and annoying and I think they weren’t even playing American music! I couldn’t make out a single word! Definitely will not come back. Not worth $6 for one thing of ice...

IT'S REALLY GOOD!!!!! Perhaps... Too good... Recently I had ordered my usual which is a coffee smoothie with oreo added, but the past few times I've had it something interesting happened. Do you believe that if something is so good that it can speak to you? Because I do. I've ordered the coffee smoothie many times however, there's been a couple times where as I was drinking it I heard a faint whispering in my head. Now I originally thought that it was either the wind or my mind playing tricks on me. But as I began to drink more of my favorite drink from Oh Icee, I have begun to realize that the drink had been speaking to me. Now I don't really want to get into the details of what it said, but I may or may not have been persuaded into robbing at least 4 convenience stores, normally I would not do this but with a drink this good could you really say no? (This is a joke, you guys...
