Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Jerome

If I could do zero stars, I would. I waited 35 minutes in the drive through. Mostly because I was stuck between vehicles. Finally got up to the window and paid and got my drinks. Another 10-15 minutes and still didn't have my food. At this point, my kids are as irritated and upset as I am. I knocked on the window and asked for my money back. She wasn't polite about it, but I got my refund receipt and she had the nerve to ask for our drinks back. (My sons was already gone). I told her I didn't wait that long for nothing and she wasn't getting them back. All they would have been able to do was throw them away because they were used. She was also sketchy with my card and walked away with it to the back before ringing it at the register. They are lazy and rude and not even slightly apologetic. Worst customer service I've ever received. I will be making more contacts to file complaints. As well as keeping an eye on my bank statement. Completely ridiculous. Ice cream slush ordered along with another item. Trying to cool off after working outside. Came without the ice cream- no big deal. Called them while still parked in the same stall and they said they would send another outside asap. Server (Mykel) comes out...demands old drink then berates( while standing in front of vehicle shaking drink at customer and yelling) because the drink has been drank out of...cussed saying " you drank half the damn drink " and then continues to say that if this happens again, there isn't going to be a replacement drink even though they sent out wrong order. ...then slams drink in trash while other customers are making fun of and laughing at the now humiliated customer because a black girl handed some white girl her a$$ on a plate. Until she no longer works there, please take your business over to the Dirksen Sonic where customers aren't treated...

Began to order and was cut off. Sat patiently for about 8 minutes. Ordered our food and totaled $22 dollars for the two of us; two burgers, two drinks, fries and hash browns. Order came gave tip and headed home to eat. I ate my hash browns on the way and couldn't wait to eat my burger as I have not ordered fast food in quiet some time. Disappoint immediately as the burger was cold, cheese not melted and then I spot the onions. Welp there goes another meal. I lift the bun and totally unstable for me.
