For the second time in a row, they didn’t deliver the four 20oz sodas that I ordered. The last time the driver went and got them and brought them back pretty quickly so that was fine. This time he said he had another delivery first. But when I took my pizza inside I found that they also didn’t bring any of the four sauces I ordered. So I called the store to make sure he would bring those back too, but also to complain because why is this happening when everything I order is listed on the receipt? I asked if I could get a partial refund because now if I want to wait to eat the pizza until I get my sauces/drinks, it’s going to be cold. But nope, the only way I could get a refund is if they didn’t bring the sauces and drinks. So now I either eat my pizza warm without the other stuff that I ordered or eat it cold because, hmm, idk maybe I want to eat everything I ordered together?? The girl I talked to also tried to claim she was corporate when I asked if she knew how I could get in contact with them for a refund. Doubtful. No way am I ordering delivery from them anymore. Too incompetent to read a receipt to make sure people get what they paid for.
Updating to four stars because after taking the survey they emailed me asking how my experience was, I did receive an email from someone named Cat and she apologized for them forgetting my stuff and how I was treated, and is going to give me a full refund. She also said they're about to start a new process for making sure tickets are read and that everything is included in deliveries, so that's awesome! Read moreI would give this place zero if I could. I ordered pizza online at about 1015pm. At about 11 I went to get my pizza. There was a sign in the door that said drive thru only. I can’t to the drive through. I seen a woman on staff counting down a cash register drawer. As she was doing it , it appeared like she gave me a dirty look and kept on with what she was doing. I assumed she was acting like she didn’t see me. So I rang the door bell. nothing. For the next 30 minutes I’m thinking of a million possibilities. Ok well maybe she can’t walk away from the drawer, maybe she is by herself, it could be anything. She never not one time came to the door to say anything to me. I knocked on the window; called the store (I could even hear it ringing inside) Rang doorbell, waved hands and more. They don’t close to midnight. Then at 1155 I hear her making a phone call to the police and telling them that she needed them to come up there and walk her out because there was a crazy lady up there that wouldn’t leave. We got there after the pizza bar was shut down. We paid for the salad buffet but I only ordered one salad. It was gross. I made a mistake. I left my wallet on the table. An employee left it next to the register. When I talked to the GM she said it was supposed to have been put in the safe. I checked it for my money. Of course all of my money was gone. The Am and GM said there is nothing they could do. They didn't have cameras. I asked if they could find out who returned it to the register and they wanted to argue and even imply I didn't have money in it.
