Delish Juice Bar — Restaurant in Jersey City

We rented their ice cream cart “scoop on wheels” for an event and we were very hopeful they would be a great addition to our event but unfortunately it ended up just being a headache. Do not rent! The day started by them calling me around 8:30 asking me to resend my selections, making it seem like they forgot the event. They were supposed to arrive by 10/10:30 to set up and didn’t arrive and finish setting up until after 1:30 pm. Being that the cart was 3 hours late to be set up, they didn’t have the correct flavors as well as toppings, the umbrella was the wrong color and even though they previously confirmed they would have the black and white signs the day of said they couldn’t do it. They gave us $45 off the total. I had paid extra to make sure they were at our event for 3 hours so there was no set up or breakdown during the event, that fee itself was beyond $45. I work in the luxury event world and understand things happen but in no way should all of these things gone wrong. Following all of this I reached out to them and didn’t get a response for a while and when I did it was just them says “ please do” in response to me saying I don’t want this to become something bigger than it needed to be. So my kids purchase food from there at lunch time and the owner as she has told them she is kicks them out and tells them they can’t eat there , not to mention she calls them stupid and calls them names In Spanish my kids can’t answer in Spanish but they do understand the language as they are Puerto Rican but speak fluent English and it has been the third time she’s done this . I’m writing on here so all parents be ware of this restaurant and owner treating school kids badly .Kids should always have a safe place to eat there lunch or purchase lunch why would an adult be so harsh !we have lived in the area our entire life and we have never heard of a restaurant treating not only my kids but other parents children the same way .lets change the way this lady is treating...

The food was amazing! I was very satisfied with my order. I ordered a ham and cheese empanada and asked for mushrooms on it, which gave it that satisfying meaty touch. The smoothies were so creamy and fruity; it had a good amount of sugar. The smoothie bowls were phenomenal, everything was balanced, I had the acai based one, with oats, honey, Nutella, coconut flakes, strawberry, pineapple, and banana. It was very refreshing. I don't see any reason of giving this business any bad reviews. For my first time dining there with my friends we had such a welcoming experience, and the ambiance was so cozy and chill!
