CONS POOR Communication. (A. Google says they are Open at 2pm. B. IG says 5pm. C. On October 17, 2020, IG says 6pm so I get there at 6:30pm and I'm Denied Entry due to a Private Event.)

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a party of four. One person was brought the wrong meal. They took it back and said they would correct it no problem. Meanwhile the rest of us started eating. We asked about half way through where the other meal was. We were told us it would be right out. They never did deliver it. Then when they brought the bill, it included the missing meal. When they redid the bill, they added automatic tip of 18% with no discounts for the missing meal. When we disputed the tip, the manager came out and started shouting profanities at us. In the end we paid our bill in cash without the disputed tip. We should have given ourselves a discount. And the profanities were...

I would have gave it four stars but when we first got there it was 20 minutes to 9:00 the gentleman at the door was charging $10 to get in I told him we was there for a birthday party he said doesn't matter I called the young lady that was giving the birthday party she said it is free before 9:00 so I went back to the door and told the the gentleman what I was told and why didn't he tell me that it looked like he was trying to get money out of us before 9:00 besides that everything else...
