Emperor's Cafe — Restaurant in Jersey City

I've been searching for a decent Chinese Takeout since I moved to this neighborhood. Emperor's cafe is the 3rd one I tried and I really hope it would be good but it's not.. I always order Beef Chow Fun at every Chinese take out I went to and most of the time it was between good and very good, but this time at this place it was really bad... it has no flavor and some of the noodle (Chow Fun) are still cold.. Usually when you order a beef chow fun or beef low mein or beef anything, it would have something else (like bean sprout, onion, green pepper, etc) plus beef, but this place there is just beef and noodle, it's so plain and dry that I feel so sorry for it because the owner was really nice when I spoke with him on the phone. I might give it another chance with something else only because the people are...

It was cold and non flavorful like real food should be.. I ordered the bean , cheese, and tomato, tortilla and it wasn't good at all. The cheese tasted like water an there was no seasoning on the beans what-so-ever. The beans was so hard i could have choked on it and it tasted like nothing. It was such a shame because i was expecting more since they gave my apartment so many brochures. The bottom of the tortilla was soggy and the top crunchy and barely stayed together. The sauce to go along with the tortilla was no good either. They really need to step up their game because they wont be getting a lot if customers...
