I would like to give a big shout out to Kersey We are an authorized service provider for A.O.Smith water heaters and a customer has a leaking water heater, which is branded reliance Water Heater they are sold through Ace Hardware stores. We called Seven Ace Hardware stores today and we met from total attitude of I have five people in front of me to. I’m not supposed to be working today and I don’t know if we sell water heaters to us calling ace Hardware in Bayonne and got Kersey on the phone and she was so helpful she told us to hold on and check to see what Water Heater she had in her store gave us SKU numbers so we can check Her website to confirm whether or not they are what we were looking for unfortunately, the one she had in stock were not what we were looking for so she said if I can look on the website and get the SKU number for her, she can have it ordered for us and we can pick it up by Friday we appreciate it all of her effort and would like to give her a thumbs up.
