AC Hardware — Local services in Bayonne

I would like to give a big shout out to Kersey We are an authorized service provider for A.O.Smith water heaters and a customer has a leaking water heater, which is branded reliance Water Heater they are sold through Ace Hardware stores. We called Seven Ace Hardware stores today and we met from total attitude of I have five people in front of me to. I’m not supposed to be working today and I don’t know if we sell water heaters to us calling ace Hardware in Bayonne and got Kersey on the phone and she was so helpful she told us to hold on and check to see what Water Heater she had in her store gave us SKU numbers so we can check Her website to confirm whether or not they are what we were looking for unfortunately, the one she had in stock were not what we were looking for so she said if I can look on the website and get the SKU number for her, she can have it ordered for us and we can pick it up by Friday we appreciate it all of her effort and would like to give her a thumbs up. It’s nice to see that some people in the world still...

It was really really bad experience with people. They do not know how to deal with customers.They should learn and take class on it how to satisfied and deal customers.I gave one star because they really need it this time they really deserve it.I came there for key duplicate but I looked two people working in this store a man and a an aged lady I was talking them very politely and giving respect to them but both embarrassed me badly insulted me and ignored me front of all customers then I came out from store and really disappointed I suggest to people don’t go to this store kindly go on other stores.Lot of good people working on...

I am so disappointed because of the service. I ordered a car key and calling them every single week to ask about it. It's about a month now and they keep telling me we will give you a call and never happen, we will try to reach to the guy to cut your key, it's been a month and they didn'tget in touch with me, and when I asked to get my money back they were like sorry we can't.
