Today 12/30/2020 I waited at the Taco Bell on route 440 in Jersey City for 30 minutes before I got to the ordering screen. Than I was told to wait and while waiting I heard screaming over the intercom of employees playing. When someone came over the intercom I was told, "you gonna have to wait since we a bit short of us". I decided not to order at the 440 jersey city location and went straight to the bayonne location. The line was long I thought well here I go again. I was definitely wrong it took 5 minutes to get to the ordering screen where a polite young lady named Yusmayri took my order. She was polite, friendly, and made sure my order was correct. When I arrived to the pick up window I was greeted by another polite young lady named Tanajah no attitude very friendly. Unfortunately she switched places and I didn't get the next young ladies name but when I asked for the young ladies names who helped me she immediately asked, "is something wrong can I help you?" That was the correct response. I kindly notified the young lady nothing was wrong I just wanted to leave a survey/review of her team and she was very nice and willing to help me. Overall with me bothering and all I got to place my order and drove off within 15 minutes. Without the 3 front ladies doing there job that entire team would not have been able to get me in and out within 15 minutes. Great job to thr entire team at this location you guys definitely should go the the 440 jersey city location and teach them a thing or two because they are doing it all wrong and you guys are doing it 100% correct. I honestly expected attitude or something wrong in my order since you guys were swamped great job keeping it...
Read moreMy bf and I went around 12:20am when we got to the drive thru intercom we were asked to wait. We waited patiently and then a guy started to take our order all of a sudden some rude worker takes over begins to rush us and continues to cut us off while giving our order we had to correct her multiple times. If she wasn’t yelling maybe she could’ve heard us. Meanwhile there were no cars behind us at the moment. So now we’re waiting in line there were a few cars ahead of us when we get to the window they hand us the wrong drink and charge the wrong amount. My bf tells the manager Johnathan that he did not order that and repeats our order back to him. Johnathan tells him I don’t see your order I’m looking at all the orders and yours isn’t here. Two people took our orders and now the rude worker begins to shout “they cut the line they cut the line”. How did we cut a line when that drive thru is so narrow and I know damn well you remember taking the order because you were rude and we repeated it multiple times and you heard her yelling out the order to the cooks. But now no one knows the order ? Okay. I didn’t get her name but if you do not know how to simply have common courtesy and you can’t have a positive attitude then maybe you should quit. Johnathan returned our money. That worker completely ruined...
Read moreI came in for take-out. At first, I felt awkward standing at the register for like 5 minutes waiting to order. I don’t come here often so I didn’t know if I could pay cash using the machines. However, the lady came over and showed me how to order using the machine. Turns out you can order and then pay cash at the register. I mean, yeah, it would just save time to order everything all at once at the register with my cash. But it’s whatever, I had nowhere to go and I don’t mind waiting. Patience is key 🔑. Food came out very quick and the order was correct. I did notice that there may be a language barrier present in this establishment. The communication between employees and customers can be better, but it’s understandable that when you’re not confident in a language that the population actively uses, people tend to get nervous: patience is necessary when it comes to communicating with individuals as everyone is human. I have a clear understanding of language barriers as I work in a healthcare setting. It is hard to communicate with others when you don’t speak their language fluently. Overall, staff were kind and extremely nice to me during this visit. I will come back again when I’m craving Doritos Tacos Supreme and a...
