Ha's Kitchen — Restaurant in Jersey Village

First and foremost I have to give credit where credit is due. They have some amazing dishes and like most reviews the food is phenomenal, but most recently some of my orders have been out of order per se. The very first time that I wanted the spicy beef and pork pho it was amazing the second time I didn’t taste like how I ordered the first time and my stomach turning (I avoided eating there for awhile) the gentleman who i placed the order with over the phone didn’t seem to quite understand what I was talking about when I was ordering this particular dish…this very last time I placed an order for this same dish , instead of rice noodle, they gave me vermicelli when I asked the guy to give me rice noodle instead, he did so, I also asked for fresh spring rolls instead of fried spring rolls now mind you I checked the order before I left everything seem fine. It wasn’t so I was prepared to eat my meal and when I dump the rice noodle into my soup that I noticed the rice on the bottom seem to be cut into short pieces as if already used and I didn’t smell appetizing enough to not make me want to eat at all idk if want to go back here but don’t let me ruin...

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was just horrible all around. And I’m an Asian fanatic . Like I’ve eaten in just about every Asian restaurant in Houston from Thai to Korean and plenty of Vietnamese places . We ordered the fried egg rolls which is number 2 on their appetizer menu and they were the size of pigs in the blanket sausages and over fried. To crunchy to really enjoy . Then the food came out and just about every dish had a bad taste to it . We had lo mein with orange chicken. And the chicken was over cooked , lo mein lacked flavor. I ordered the Mongolian beef and the beef was undercooked raw pieces everywhere . My girlfriend ordered the black pepper chicken and it was probably the worst dish out the bunch. Over cooked rubber chicken. On top of that my 11 yr old daughter found a small roach in the white rice bowl they serve it in. Horrible. We brought it to their attention all they did is bring us a new one and said sorry. No refund, no discount, nothing but a sorry. For all those who have gave this place 5 stars and actually claim the food to be good .

DISGUSTING, GROSS!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! NO JUST NO!!!! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would I ordered N17 which was the pho When the pho arrived it had hair stuck to the meat so I sent it back, they made a new one for me and the second time IT HAD HAIR IN IT AGAIN!! Do yourself a favor and head over to Pho 579 which is 5 minutes away from this place, the food is better and fresh. If I didn’t check the soup I could of got food poisoning and who else knows what the hell is in there!! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE THERE IS A REASON THIS PLACE IS QUIET AND BARELY HAS CUSTOMERS RUN FOR YOUR...
