As soon as I walked in to the store, the security guard saw my service animal in my arms and loudly, says people at the checkout counter, ‘oh hell no” Everyone looked at me as if I did something illegal.

As I was picking up clothes, I put my tiny little dog down who Stood by me in the aisle, the security guard comes back and tells me I need to have him on a leash. I said sorry no problem. I will pick him up and held him while I shopped for five more minutes.. Within those few minutes at all girl walks up to me, screaming at me front of everyone saying you cannot have this dog in here she came, maybe 2 inches to my face with a mask on.

I said to her he is a service animal and I understand. I cannot let him be free without a leash. That’s why I’m holding him per your security guard. She started screaming, saying I don’t see Anything on him that shows he is a service animal. I said I do have his ID. She walked away abruptly and I told her do not get on my Face.

Please review your cameras I could’ve had a seizure the way she attacked and came screaming to me. Even you’re associate, saw it and gave me her name Sandy.

She went straight to the front counter, came back and said she had no idea that he’s a service animal and if I have the ID to show it to her and I did. No apology just walks off. Not only this is violation of the law but even at a customer service level, you don’t behave with people like an animal. Actually, my service animal was better trained than her and I will be reporting this to BBB And letting them know hi how I was discriminated out of the store...

The moment I entered this store I was treated very much like a criminal I think it's someone who either looks like me or for some very strange reason, I have theif juice all over me! Lol, sorry.... But my feeling and my confidence is Soo crushed. I like the clothes and shoes Ross have so I frequently visit, and from time to time bring some less fortune kids a pair of cool tennis shoes or something to lift their spirits... I mean literally there have been multiple times where I've went to the store here in spring tx. Off of I 45 and 2929, and shopped until closing time and I've never had a wondering eye or felt like I was a threat to the stores inventory...via u know what! This is the second time I've felt like I was selected to be a part of " The prize no one enters to win, u know that one where everyone in tha store can hear the loss prevention person tell u and u only that u have to leave your puma bag by her feet on the dirty floor that everyone is walking on, and then she assures u that it's store policy and literally 2 seconds later some people come in and she doesn't even breathe in their direction! So I now plan on burying my head under a pillow and try my hardest to pretend that I wasn't a literal victim of some sort of a profile cause that stuff is probably the absolute quickest way to destroy what I believe is a very awesome company with a very awesome staff and leadership. # ONE VERY ROTTEN STINKY LOSS PREVENTION EGG! I wish I could give this store zero stars went inside got a full basket of cute stuff for my pups n kids found some nice outfits for myself and my partner went to the fitting room to try those items on we each got six items and she gave me the number 6 and my partner the number 8 went and tried our clothes on didn’t like majority of them so we both kept 2 pairs of pants that we liked we came out I put the numbers on the rack which she seen me do and I asked my partner where to put the clothes we didn’t want and the lady that was back there comes up to us very rude asking where are the numbers that we had which she seen me put them down and where are the clothes that were keeping and the ones we didn’t want and i told her these are the ones we don’t want and she proceeded to ask about the numbers saying where are the numbers I gave y’all ; how many things did y’all have each and we both said six and she was like well one of y’all had the number 8 and one of y’all had 6 my partner then said well you gave me the number 8 but I only had 6 things , but then she says well one of them is a set which we didn’t know they count them separately and on top of that it was with the items that we did not want so basically it felt like she was accusing us of stealing so we left the basket of all the items we had after looking in that store for almost 2 hrs and sadly shopped at the next store and didn’t even come out...
