I haven't been back to this establishment for a few years since they changed ownership I guess recently and I can tell you it's 100% turnaround. I did a search on the best Vietnamese food within a 10 mile radius from my residence and decided upon here.
If you been to this place before there are remnants of the old owners and such but it seems like they redo the tables or something the chairs seem to be the same but what I can say is the new owners or employees keep this place pretty clean and no tables are left with junk on them for more than 10 minutes after the customers have finished eating at that table.
Mother had the Ban Xeo.. and let me tell you compared to the others I've always had this thing is humongous! See my picture with the telephone beside it for reference I'd say it's about 14 inches long. This has to be the mandingo of Ban Xeos! My Bun Bo Hue was OK it has a lot of meat content in it but if one was being really picky it would be nice to have a spicy soup which is supposed to be but a lot of people can't handle it but that's okay good presentation and good quantity of product that you get for your money. The menu is not overwhelming it's just right it has something for everybody and the price is pretty much what doctor inflation has prescribed so you won't get sticker shock here but don't look for a dollar menu either. And now the best thing which I will always come back for, the customer service compared to the old owners. You know the usual Asian restaurant plop drop and roll off? Yes usually you get your food dropped off and you never see them again not even a peep unless you raise your hand like you're drowning or something. Not here, they check up on you. And are very very sentimental about what you need and that's still an understatement. I can't get over how this cannot be reproduced on most Asian restaurants but if you want a role model, here it is.
See you here when you try this and please let me know what you think about it but if you look at the reviews it's the highest or one updated============= Not sure what is wrong with this space but maybe buried on Indian burial ground? This is probably the Third change and over a couple of years so here is the new deal and understand it's been open for about a month.
We first came in place is pretty clean but we're one of the first customers, seat yourself at a table and you'll be greeted with a menu already on the table laminated and very large inside.
They serve the usual main Stables of Pho, Banh Xeo, spring rolls, bun bo hue, MI qua to name a few things.
They really need help here because there were only probably about six of us in the restaurant and took them out 10 minutes to get to the table which really no complaint they are and they're growing stage still I think but after about 20 minutes they got slammed with about 20 people after us and I'm pretty sure this lady fire under their pants cuz they were really moving now like when you poke your finger in an ant pile.
Mother's dish mi qua was right on she said it's even better than the one down the road which not to mention that down the road was a little dry. My pho was a tad too much on the very well seasoned side if the if you know what I mean.
Prices are post culpit, Ukraine, Palestinian Israel conflict, inflation Etc or whatever prices business and think of but they are about two dollars cheaper than surrounding restaurants.
Service here is take order, plop and drop and never see your server again unless you becken them, so you know this is an authentic Asian restaurant ha!
The furniture especially the tables are really good quality since you don't feel like you're eating on a captain's bowl with those wobbly cheap tables that many places use. These things are solid! Try not to hit your head on them
They are worth giving a second try since they're still new so come on in and hopefully everything will be better for you. This is really a three-star review for them but given that they are still new and probably it will rectify things by the time...

Now, let's talk about the food! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic and fresh, and I highly recommend trying their signature pho. It was rich and flavorful, truly a standout dish!

Read moreCraving for Pho and still on a journey finding all the good spots local to us. Found this highly rated restaurant with plenty of Vietnamese folks giving positive reviews. After trying them today, I see why.
My son and I ordered Pho while my daughter had the Mi Xao Bo Luc Lac (egg noodles with beef). I had a specific request to have the beef made a bit between rare and medium rare. They cooked it to order and it was perfect. Pieces cut to the right size and flavorful. Definitely a favorite dish from here going forward. The Pho is also well done. The broth is clean and flavorful. The meats were all very tender and good quality. That is appreciated. This place is now on our list of Pho places we will be...
