PLEASE TRAIN front counter (cashier) and the young cook that was working yesterday, late afternoon, early evening 9-29-22 My fries were not cooked all the wayā¦half frozen. Imagine that! The chicken was over cooked which for chicken is better than it being under cooked, but we need it just right. I got the wings and your wings are already tiny, so imagine how many bites I had and the rest just thrown away. Also, he messed up the honey biscuits which use to be my favorite until yesterday and he or she shorted me a biscuit. They werenāt soft like they normally are and barely any honey on it. Wasted my money because majority of my meal was thrown away and you had the audacity to raise your prices recently. So, Iāve been to Haroldās in Chicago and your chicken and fries are nothing like theirs. The taste is off big time. Bland! The mild sauce donāt taste the same at all, lemon pepper seasoning does not taste like lemon pepper and the buffalo sauce has a strange taste. Also, please have the gentleman who is roughly in his 50ās train everybody on the grill/ fry station. Old school knows what he is doing with the fries and chicken. Last time I saw him was 2-3 weeks ago. Manager and owner, I see your vision and Iām really trying to support you, but you need to fly back down there and re-taste their food and come back and try your best to mirror it. Also, invest more training in your employees before you let them loose on your days off. Because Iām wanting to see you still standing strong with your business 10 plus years from now. Being from the South Side of Chicago, I know how great Haroldās food is along with being time consuming to cook. But Iām patient for a small piece of my hometown food. I went in on a Thursday and placed my order but I was disappointed. I was told 20 min (but I really knew 30 lol), but was there for 50 min until my food was ready. Also, I was not feeling my best afterwards. I called the next day and spoke to Roy (manager) and explained what happened and how I was disappointed in the turnout of my food. I not only ordered for my family, but I ordered from friends that came in town to visit and missed Haroldās as well. He immediately gave me his info and told me when he would be there to correct my order.
Upon my return, Roy explained the issue, TOOK ACCOUNTABILITY, and replaced my entire order. The pleasantries and respect he showed me as a customer was impressive and appreciated. When I got my order, took it home and took my first bite, it brought me back to the Haroldās on 87th street and gave me all the feeling that I needed.
I understand as a customer that situations may not always come out perfect the first time, but the willingness and understanding to correct the issue and maintain customer loyalty is what Iām really appreciative for. Food was amazing most...

Upon their arrival the cashier seemed to be busy, I was FaceTime so I could look at the menu, as questions was asked about different items the cashier responded with , huh? What? Just to me rude and not pleasant. The 4 piece wing dinner was almost 20 so we decided to just go with the 10 piece wings which came with fries and bread ONLY. Hot sauce is an additional.75. We also ordered the fried green tomatoes, they didnāt come with any dipping sauce. My total was 34 and some change. I havenāt received my food yet so I can really say if itās worth it. After the attitude and customer service ion think Iāll be sending or stopping through anymore. I Hope that the chicken is hot and the other fried food are Still crispy. I passed by 6 different chicken spots that was less expensive and reliable on taste but I wanted to try Haroldās. We were going to order gizzards and livers as well but once the customer service was below and I could get a clear answer once I was offered lemon pepper, Buffalo, mild sauces to be added on top but I couldnāt get any of these sauces on the side w/o an extra charge I said just forget it!!!
