I had a terrible experience at this pizza place. First off, they NEVER answer the phone. When I arrived, the place was completely empty, and the staff said they don’t answer the phone because they don’t want to slow down orders—mind you, they had no orders at all.

The real issue, however, was the food preparation. The girl making my order grabbed raw chicken wings with her bare hands, then immediately started making our pizzas—again, with her bare hands—without washing her hands even once. The manager was no better, handling food without gloves or proper hygiene. The cross-contamination was horrifying. Nobody washed their hands or wore gloves while preparing our food.

While the pizza itself tasted okay and could’ve been cooked a little longer, I’m far more concerned about the lack of basic hygiene and food safety at this establishment. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Today being New Year’s and everything me and my wife wanted some pizza so we came here and there was only one gentleman working the kitchen, we believe his name was Johnny. He was very cool and despite being severely understaffed, he managed to deliver our order to us in a timely manner. There was many orders that he was handling by himself, and I found his work ethic, very impressive despite all of his coworkers calling off. This gentleman is the very backbone of this location. Pizza Patrón always hits the spot. The pizzas are delicious, crust included! No skimping on toppings, which I seriously appreciate. And when I ask for extra crispy, they actually deliver.
