Herradura Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Texas

So first off the service was slow and there was only 5 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Then when we gave our order I told the server I did not want beans with my vegetable fajitas and instead would like rice and he asked if I wanted double rice. I said yes. Then when our food came out I only had 1 thing of rice so I asked if the second rice was coming on the side and he just kept saying "no beans" over and over. Thankfully my husband interjected, because the guy wasnt understanding me, and said I didn't want the beans and only wanted the rice to replace the beans. His boss came over and they spoke for a moment and then she told me the vegetable fajitas do not come with beans. I said when he took my order he said I could do double rice instead of beans??? She just kept saying it doesn't come with beans in the first place so there was nothing to replace. I just had them bring me an extra side of rice to avoid further conflict. I looked over the menu and underneath the title fajitas it says that fajitas come with beans, rice, etc. It doesn't exclude the vegetable fajitas and it isn't marked anywhere saying the vegetable fajitas are excluded. Under the enchilada section it says that the whole "served with Spanish rice, beans, etc" excludes the marked plates. But it does NOT say that under the fajitas or else I would have known ahead of time. the only way you might enjoy this place is if you’re a gringo. Food was very bland, rice was undercooked & hard, chips n salsa were not good, overall very underwhelming.

We stepped away to use the bathroom as soon as we were seated, which our server saw… literally the second we come back to sit down, the server came over asking if we were ready (we haven’t even had the chance to look at the menu lol?)

Thereafter, he never came back for 25 mins or so, he was just very awkwardly standing in front of the kitchen doors side eyeing us. We had to flag down somebody else entirely for our server to come take our order. We called ahead to see if they do happy hour, they said yes including margs, only for our server to tell us happy hour is only the beers…?

Then after all that, we had to wait about 10 mins for him to collect the check, after i immediately provided the card.
