I went through drive thru thinking I would be out in 5-10 min, but I have to get down because they forgot my egg rolls and they gave me another customers receipt. Read moreRead moreRECOMMENDATION: ASK TO HAVE YOUR ORDER VERIFIED Food and prices are good we have eaten here a few times. Lately due to all the Covid measures we placed an order online for pickup. The order was done by the time we got there (15min drive). We took our order home and it wasn't until then that we found our order incomplete; we were missing one entree and one extra item. When I picked up our order, the staff seemed in a bit of a hurry and that is understandable since they did have a long line of cars. I thought of asking them to verify my order but I thought I should not bug them. Plus my order was already in a tight double knock. I should of requested to verify but I think that should be a standard practice for all pickup orders; it does not even take a minute. Other restaurants have implemented the verification as a standard and seems to work well. It is a nice filter that saves time and incomplete or incorrect orders. This order was two weeks ago. UPDATE 1/10/22: I spoke with a gentleman named Jack and he made things right as far as the meal goes so I'm raising the review to 3 stars. I'll be speaking with the General Manager later today and there's potential to raise it another star or two, but for now, I can't justify more than that.
REVIEW 1/9/22: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They screwed up our order and refused toale it right. We stopped by on the way home and want to make us drive all the way out there to either give us our food or a refund and they aren't doing anything for the inconvenience. I asked to speak to the manager and the person on the phone said she was the manager. She then hung up on me and when I tried calling back a couple times, they picked up and hung up right away. Now, they won't answer the phone for me. If the manager is this inconsiderate and incompetent, I can only imagine what the other employees are like.
