Stay away from here if you're a doordash driver, especially overnight. 9 out of 10 orders usually do not have any tip whatsoever even though most of them are over three miles away . . .in an apartment complex where no gatecode is provided. Overnight staff are very unprofessional in the sense they like to tell people "cash only" or "the system is down." Several times I have tried to pick up delivery orders from this location over the past year, only to end up contacting DD support for one reason or another. A lot of the staff ignore customers that come into the store that don't use the kiosk (which has issues 98% of the time and doesnt print a receipt,) or the doordash drivers who are standing at the designated pickup area for over ten minutes, just to be told the order isn't ready yet. And that's AFTER you have to almost climb over the counter just to get someone's attention. Going back to the drive-tru, half the time the employees try to give you the wrong order due to having two lanes and only one window or they tell you to pull up to the second "pickup" window...where there is usually someone sitting who was told to park so their timer doesn't go into the red. I've worked in food myself for the past 15 years, and if I acted like these people do, I would be homeless due to not being able to be hired. Another issue is that if you ask for a managers name so that you can report either them or another employee, you will get the response Dave, for example, when they are very clearly wearing a name tag that says Doug. I understand no one under the age of 18 is allowed on the grill, but when you stick teenagers on a cash register, you're asking for problems to be had. Read moreI severely wish that I could leave a zero star rating for the service I ordered online through the app waited in the designated area for my food for over 15 minutes. I do not understand exactly why it takes 15 minutes for this level of food, not even during prime time for sales to take over 15 minutes to cook three burgers, and one large fry. I had to go into the store to get my order because they refuse to take it to the curbside area. Upon entering the store I was ignored by the cashier and people behind the counter space stood around for about 3 to 5 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge that I was standing in the pick up area. After this, I finally am able to get my order and I asked to speak to the manager due to the wait time I was forced to endure. Upon speaking to the manager, she chose to act as though she did not speak English and tried to say she didn’t understand me, even when I try to speak to her in Spanish. I asked for the corporate number and I asked for her name as well as the daytime managers name. Because I wish to speak to the daytime manager about what occurred this afternoon. She did give me the Corporate number. However, she blatantly refused to give me the daytime managers name. She, then again, pretending to not understand anything that I was saying to her in both English and Spanish. I don’t know why exactly it is so hard to go and look in your office and write down your bosses name. Read moreI had a poor experience with this McDonald's. I really did not want to go here because of the area. But went anyway hoping to get an ok experience. When i got there I saw alot of young people working which was usual for a mcdonalds. But when I got to the first windows to pay. The young lady took my money without greeting me and said you had the hot n spicy right which the hot n spicy was one of the things I ordered when she said the total it was diffrent from what it said on the screen. So I then tried to get a receipt which she had turned around and started talking and laughing with a coworker did not even offer a receipt. Then I drove to the first window and asked the cashier she told me it's NOTHING she could do about it. I then asked her again so I can make sure they did not over charge me and she started laughing saying it's rush hour and she can't do nothing about it. Then she told her supervisor and I heard the supervisor screaming from the background she need to go park in the front if she want that I can't do anything now.
