Horrible experience, this McDonald’s used to be ok. Today, I went to order, and it seemed as if the person taking the order couldn’t hear very well, but then ultimately got the order. I went to pay and then drove up to the second window, where the employees got my drinks from my order and proceeded to tell me to park at in lane #1 to get the rest of my order. I literally waited close to 20 minutes before deciding to go inside. When I went inside they had totally forgot my order and asked for my receipt to fill the rest. This is inexcusable since this seems to be happening a lot at this location. This place seems to go through different staff and managers, still no excuse. The meals were prepared like they just put trash together, and when I asked to speak to the manager they said they couldn’t give out the name but that it was in my receipt, which they happened to keep. When I went back to get a copy of my receipt they gave me someone else’s. I just don’t understand how this location can keep running customers like this. I know it’s one of the closest and customers decide to go because of location, but can they get better employees, who don’t use foul language, or at least seem like they want to work in front of customers who simply just want to get a bite to...
Read moreAnother manager with unnecessary attitude. Everyone that has worked or work at Mcdonald’s please enlighten me with answers to my question. I pulled up to place an order the drive thru placed me on hold and started taking multiple orders in the other line. Maybe about 4 cars went. And still no orders being placed in the other lane. So after about exactly 11 mins of waiting, I pulled up and asked calmly, was there any hold up I’ve been waiting a long time to place my order and even waited 5-6 mins for the Manager. Ha, only for the manager to come to window choppy, feisty, snappy and with no friendly solution for the concern at hand. Are there any company order for double lanes when placing orders to ensure that one lane is not waiting for long periods of time? I’m sure all of this is considered poor customer service. When a customer cannot ask a question without a manager catching an attitude that’s a big concern for the company. I’m not an aggressive human but there are some out here that are. And we all know the outcome. I do not want any customer or workers to experience any of this negative outcome. Maybe there needs to be some training at this location on how to service all customers professionally. This was extremely...
Read moreThe Absolute worst Mcdonalds I've been to. Walked in with my grandaughters and there was a big woman in pink standing around like she didn't want to work. I broke the ice by saying hello, and i guess at that moment she decided to work. . I ordered the food and another lady ordered after me, well apparently they knew one another. I ordered the food at 1:56 noticed it was ten minutes later the lady behind me was getting her order before me. I walked up there to see why my order was not up yet, that is when the woman in pink decided to check on my order, she noticed the irritated look on my face and starts slamming the kids meal boxes on the counter and says, "here".The exact same thing the lady behind me ordered, but I was curious as to why my order was skipped?? Customer service here is terrible, I was going to ask to speak with a manager, but I realized whom ever hired this woman, is just as careless and lazy as this woman. Don't hire people that are lazier than you just cus you're desperate to fill a position. Training in customer service and how to...
