Panda Express — Restaurant in Jersey Village

On June 4, 2024 around 5:30pm I went inside the establishment to place my order. I always order the same menu items double orange and fried rice. When I walked to the register I asked the person who was ringing me up, (Xyenifer-manager) may I try the noodles. She stated she could put some in a bowl for a certain price. I explained to her again I wanted to just try them, then she told me she could take off some rice and add some noodles. I thought to myself, what kind of manager/person is she. So you mean to tell me she was going to take off some rice on my plate and do one of the following: put the rice in the trashcan or put the rice back on the line (which is so unsanitary). Again, all I wanted was to taste the noodles, meaning 1 or 2 noodles. Very disappointed in this establishment. I did tell her if I was any other race, she would have placed the noodles in the tray...

Went to the drive thru and when I get my drink I always check it to make sure its good and I don’t have to come back and it was off didn’t taste like it had gas so I asked for another one or even get a sprite instead the guy then leaves the window and a girl comes back saying if I had drinked from it then she couldn’t exchange it I had to pay for it and how does that make sense then how would I know if it was good without drinking from it she then said I couldn’t get another one so im like can i speak to your manager. The manager just went ahead and gave me another drink. All this could of been avoided if Angelic would of just did what her manager did. We ordered beef and broccoli 2 plates and 2 bowls to go and when we got home I noticed there was only2 pieces of beef I my plate. I was okay with that until my daughter starting complaining that there was hair in her food. I called Panda Express 3 xs before getting an answer . The young lady on the phone sd oh if you had of told us right when you notice we would have gave you your money back or redid my order . So my thing is the right away I did as soon as my daughter told me. Now I have food here that nobody wants to eat .I asked to speak to a manager and she told I had to wait 1hr before they came in.
