Ok several issues here.
I pulled into the drive-thru around 3pm on 7/17/2024. Whomever was taking drive-thru orders was abrasive, condescending and quite frankly doesn't listen.
I was sent to sonic to see if they had a 'sugar-free' option. Sprite zero was listed on their menu as well as several 'sugar free' flavor options that can be added to any drink. I figured I could just order a sprite zero with a couple sugar free flavors.
I asked if they had sprite zero, she went to check and said they do not. Ok thats fine. I asked if there were any other sugar free drink options with slushes etc. She then stated in a condescending tone 'thats all slushes are... sugar water... ' I then said I understand that, since there is no sprite zero, are there any other drinks that can be made with zero sugar? She kept repeating that slushes are 'sugar water.'
Moving on I then ordered a drink for myself and asked for a 'lemon and cherry slush, with no fruit added.' She was then 'confused' about why I was asking for 'no fruit' being added when "there is no fruit added' she exclaimed. I stated "well in the past there has been solid strawberry fruit and lemons added to my drinks.' She stated in a dismissive tone "I dont know what they added.' Then she wanted to 'start over' as if Im the one not being clear in what Im asking for when in reality she wasn't listening and she was too busy being rude to actually understand what is being asked for.
I ordered a cherry and lemon slush with no fruit added. What do I get in the end? A strawberry slush with crushed strawberries in it.

So I ordered some food and a shake through app. I went through drive-thru told my name came to window and was told unfortunately they're out of ice cream and I'd have to do refund on app or come back and tell manager and I'll get the shake. 2 problems, the food was for my aunt and her card was used for this and according to CSR yall don't do partial refunds and offered me a free med shake with a purchase so I'd have to spend more money just get a med shake and not the LG I ordered, ok. But reason for 2 for the particular location is not the lady from last night, she was nice about I just didn't know if she would relay it to boss or how it works but because the the guy I encountered this morning. I knew it was early and tried to see if manager was in he asked, "why" and I began to explain but was cut kind of rudely and was told "well if it was just last night then you still can get it yet we don't have ice cream." I told him "I understand and I know it's early but just wondering how this works because I don't live out here so can my aunt be the one to get it somehow or be able to get something now for something that price" and before I was able to finish that he says again "well we haven't even got our shipment yet so you can't get it right now, so what do you want a drink then." Read moreIf I could give it 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd time having an issue at this location. I stopped by here this afternoon to get some food before going to school. The customer service was alright, I don’t have an issue with that, but I waited on my food for a good minute. When it finally came I checked my food (bc the last time it was completely burnt and I didn’t notice until I was at my destination) and to my “surprise” the popcorn chicken I ordered was completely burnt..again. I order popcorn chicken all the time at sonic and it’s never dark brown and crispy. The inside didn’t taste like chicken but like a mushy texture.
I pulled up to the drive-through window and asked if they could remake it because it was burnt and taste disgusting. They told me to pull up and they would bring me some more, I waited not too long and they brought it out and I looked in the bag and it was the same burnt popcorn chicken at this point I just accepted it and decided to never visit this location again. I also decided to leave a review, which I never do but I decided to in hopes it would help someone in the future to not go to this location. I believe they either dropped the same chicken in the fryer, and gave it back to me. Or they’re simply cooking with BAD OIL, either or I won’t...
