07/22/24 Itās a hit or miss with this location honestly. It was my husbandās bday and he wanted a cone really rude service they gave me the food and weāre waiting for us to go we then said oh we got a cone as well (they always forget) person got super upset and was just making faces (like how is it our fault you forgot and we were super friendly) anyway gave the cone and touched it all over the place (whatās the point of the little paper) was mad that she just shoved the cone in my hand even got ice cream on my hands.
6/16/25 Gave them another chance because closest one to us while driving. Person who took order did not put any of our sauces in, and did not put light ice on our drink orders. Our drinks are like tripled iced, wth. Window employee (handling our food and everyone elseās) was petting dog from person in front of us. Did not wash hands or anything just went about the rest of the time. Touching everyoneās food. I donāt get me wrong I love my dog but touch a dog then someoneās food is a no.
6/26/25 The worst. Honestly, i thought it canāt be always that they mess up something. Ran here because I took some food for my sick brother since he lives close by, they did not scan the app. I kept checking, and was going to put the receipt in just in case hours later. Of course, I forgot because of my sick brother, checked today 3 days later. Yep, they only pretend to scan in this location. I know itās not huge but itās the little things that make me hate this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was disappointed that this location does dine-in without any trays. It's inconvenient to pull everything out of a bag, especially if you have a big order for a family or a group. Plus, most people don't want to eat right off the table with little in between it. Making the bag a makeshift tray is annoying. It's also better presented on a tray.
They do ask if you want the order for dine-in or to-go, but I don't see the point. By tossing all orders in a to-go bag, it just feels unwelcoming and as if they don't want you here. I noticed that compared to other CFA locations at lunchtime, this location didn't have as many dine-in customers. It didn't used to be this way, though I haven't visited this location for about a year now.
I do appreciate they have plentiful parking and bike racks though. Some locations reduced their parking lots to prioritize to-go customers and they are much worse experiences due to lack of dine-in parking. There's also attractive landscaping compared to some locations that are...

She ended up getting the burger cold whit the pepper jack cheese still intact not even melted and the buns fresh out of what ever bag it came from and guess what same thing on my burger.
