We drove by the center today and saw that they were having a grand opening. With all the cool weather lately, pho sounded amazing for lunch. (I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my pho before it was devoured). We decided to give them a try.
Staff was super friendly. The place was so clean. Loved the decor and design. The food and drinks were yummy too! The staff was so kind and accommodating for my kids (like removing bean sprouts and mint leaves out of their spring rolls). Since it was their first day, they were also very open to any feedback from customers and checked on everyone that came in.
Oh! I also want to call out the restrooms. As a mom of two, I find very few places who actually intentionally try to accommodate kids and parents. BOTH restrooms had a changing table and TWO hooks. This might not seem like a big deal for some, but I've had so many instances where I've struggled to put my purse and diaper bag somewhere while I change my kids in the restroom. There have also been a lot of instances where my husband can't help me because there's no changing station he can access. Whoever thought this through, THANK YOU!
The food, drinks, service, thoughtfulness - everything & everyone here - absolutely amazing!!
I'd highly recommend giving this...
Read moreService is very slow and delayed — I saw tables take a good while to be cleaned off. My drinks and appetizers were brought out with the main course, even with that set back the waiter still managed to miss an item … upon the arrival of the food I noticed a foul smell coming from my pho … smelled like rotten meat … I didn’t want to be rude to my boyfriend and offered to wait for him to finish up his rice plate but he then sniffed his food and also encountered the same smell just not as strong … we then go to the register and ask to pay and the cashier noticed we didn’t eat and asked us why after explaining she was kind enough to not charge us but overall I still felt horrible leaving all that food there but it was just too impossible to even try to mask with the fixings and extra lime. Prior to trying out this spot , I had heard a few similar stories from acquaintances but decided to give it a shot anyways. Unfortunately I will not be returning .. the scenery is nice , however I believe there is just not enough staff and the business should consider new recipes and overall new meat / produce etc vendors in order to...
Read moreI recently stumbled upon Pho Saigon and boy, am I glad I did! I was in the area handling some stuff with my lady, and she was craving some Pho. The moment we walked into the restaurant, we were blown away by the aesthetics. The décor and design were top-notch, and the entire place was spotlessly clean.
The staff at Pho Saigon are a delight! They were all so polite and welcoming, and it really added to the overall experience. We were quickly seated and presented with menus. We decided to order the Pho, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The large bowl of soup was packed with flavor, and we were given all the fixings to create the perfect bowl.
And let's not forget about the lemonade - it was hands down the best I've ever had. I could have easily had multiple glasses, but I had to save some room for the Pho!
If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or are just looking for a great bowl of Pho, I highly recommend Pho Saigon. The food is great, the lemonade is even better, and the staff are amazing. Don't hesitate to give them a try - you won't be...
