Why hello there This is what I ordered Edamame $5 Spicy tuna bowl $8.50 Pork bun $5 Chicken bun $5 Pork gyoza $7.50 Spicy ramen $14.50 Edamame is average, same as any other restaurant... Very light. Spicy tuna bowl was very delicious and very good for it's price, it has a lot of tuna. Putting some edamame in here for the crunch, very good. Pork bun and chicken bun are very good... But honestly they're more for their appearance rather then eating, since it's very messy to eat... Also if you order 2 it's $4.50 each #deals Gyoza wasn't too greasy and light, very good. The spicy garnet ramen... Wasnt very spicy? I would said it's moderate to no spicy. The pork belly was cut to thinly but soft and tender. The halfboiled egg given wasn't done properly so very sad. The broth was also light and not greasy, but portion size was about a small to medium So overall, it's a great place to eat if you want something light to eat. So overall I would give the food a 4/5, since everyone else was very good beside the ramen since that is very lacking. Side note: I believe I had a new waitress as she could not properly serve. No spoon with a bowl, no straws with our drinks, no plates with the gyoza (only for the edamame), and poorly iced drink refills. Also, the floor is uneven so the chairs will tap... (So if you're bringing a date, avoid the window side entrance). Which means I give the service and atmosphere a 1 and 2 respectfully. Why is it a 5/5 then? Well the waitress is new, how can I rate the establishment lower for just that? The floor being uneven? That's a contractor problem for poor foundation. Also, it's funny they had a kid ramen on the menu. Came 12.22.23 Apparently there is a deal till early March, where kids younger then 10 eat for free and buy one get one ramen every Saturday. Order takoyaki (7 pieces) Slightly hot, perfect temperature to be whole into mouth. Spicy Garnet (not even very spicy, like 1/4 of a hot Cheeto spicy) is still the only ramen to order Tempura is very good Waitress was way better this time. So overall this place is 4.5/5 if you like a light broth.

Came by on Monday evening an hour before they closed. Atmosphere was very open and clean. I sat right next to the kitchen and was taken care of by Dylan. He was very professional, introduced the menu to me; as it was my first time here. He recommend the Takoyaki. There were a lot of items on the menu that looked intriguing but I went with his recommendation and got the Spicy Quartz. The food came out in less than 5 mins from ordering. The broth on my ramen was absolutely delicious, very rich and surprisingly plant based. My only wish that it was more spicy. Dylan was so kind to bring me some chili oil which made the ramen more enjoyable. The takoyaki was also plump, fluffy and super flavorful. I’m surprised how I was able to finish it. Dylan provided great service as he checked up on me a few times and I didn’t feel rushed at all given they were closing soon. I’m so happy that this ramen spot is so closed to my home, I’ll definitely be back regularly! Especially since my server was so handsome! ;) Thank you for a great experience!

I heard a lot about this successful brand, with origins in Japan and they have recently branched out to several US cities beginning in 2017. I read that they don’t boil traditional animal bones like pork, chicken, or fish for their broth, using only vegetables. So I was curious because I love rich, decadent broths. The broth here was very flavorful, clean, and not like what I am used to having, but not in a bad way. I find that when I eat super fatty, rich, salty broths, my stomach pays for it later but I didn’t get that feeling today lol. The ramen bowls here cost less than other spots by about 1 to 3 dollars, maybe due to lower operating costs by excluding animal bones. The other ramen components were also well-executed. My pork chashu was fatty and torched, just how I like it, and the 5-minute egg was cooked perfectly and seasoned. The torched scallop nigiri was also a nice snack. I’d definitely eat here again!

This place is normally really good but today the customer service was terrible. It states online that they close at 10pm and I arrived at the location at 8:45 and the doors were locked. When a staff that has actually been my waitress before( I come here at least once a week) bent down behind the front counter and stayed there until I knocked on the door. She never acknowledged us and another staff talked to me through the door and said they closed at 9 now not 10. It was 8:45pm and they were cleaning up, had the doors locked and were turning down customers. I had been calling since 8:30 to place an order for pickup and no one answered. At the time I was calling I thought they were really busy because they always answer the phone but when I arrived I seen they were closed. They closed the restaurant 30 minutes before 9pm. The door and online states they close at 10 and the staff told me it closes at 9 now but they were closed well before 9. Eventually we were ignored and they continued to walk around and clean the restaurant while we were outside. I’m not saying this will stop me from going but I wouldn’t recommend going at night because the staff makes up there own hours as if this is their personal business. It just sucks since I am a regular and was...

I recently visited Rakkan Ramen, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is cozy, with a modern yet warm vibe that makes it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special nights out. The highlight, of course, was the ramen — rich, flavorful broths that are perfectly balanced, paired with tender noodles and fresh, high-quality toppings. I had the Quartz, which was creamy and satisfying without being too heavy, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth good.

But what really made the experience stand out was our server, Brandon T. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations based on our preferences. He was quick to answer questions, and his enthusiasm for the food made the meal feel even more special. It’s always nice when you can tell someone cares about your dining experience.

Overall, Rakkan Ramen is definitely a place I’ll return to, and if you’re lucky enough to have Brandon as your server, you’re in for top-notch service. Highly...
