I truly believe it is time for you guys to close this location. I have had numerous bad experiences here (they have never learned any customer service skills - ps: lying to customers DOESN'T count!) and since it seems you cannot get it staffed with adults, then perhaps it's time that you just close it so that everyone in this area can finally get service that they deserve from another store. Today I placed a very simple order for a brownie online around the corner from the store. The order said that it would be ready in 5 to 15 minutes. I sat in the store for all that time plus an additional 10 minutes, freezing my behind off since it was colder in the store then it was outside (and it was currently 39°) constantly being told that my brownie would be ready in 5 minutes. When it came time for my order to be ready I was told that it had not been put into the oven, that it had been forgotten, and this will be another 8 minutes. At this point I became irritated. Then I suggested that perhaps they should throw in some free breadsticks to compensate me for the mess that they created, but I really just wanted my brownie. After another five minutes I was told that they don't have any brownies... What?!?!?! They say they tried to call me (I'm sitting in the store) & got no answer (my phone is right there with me... IN THE STORE!) I asked for the Manager, who is a baby himself (both guys were barely 18, if that). There was no real apology, no offer for compensation except for y'all's raggedy cookie that's never cooked right, & is cheaper, & that I would still have to wait to be made! Additionally, they refused to refund my card! Cash refund only. So now after 25 minutes of my life that I can't get back being frozen to death, I go home empty-handed when I could have spent that time getting a good dessert from somewhere else. But I'm too close to my house to go way back down Veterans Memorial to find something else that would satisfy my craving! Thanks a lot!!!! Read moreWorse customer service ever. Briana who claimed she was a Manager was super un-professional. Speaking to her was like pulling teeth, she should not be answering the phone if she doesn't want to deal with customers. I work 4 minutes from the location and after waiting over an hour on my small pasta and water, I decided to call and ask for an update. Shortly after, the driver calls me that she is at my suite and she called from a phone outside the building (which she was clearly at the wrong building becuase my company does not have a phone outside of it), i told her she was at the wrong place, she claimed she was at the right one because it was suite 400. I explained to her it must of been the wrong address because clearly you dont call in to get to my building, you just walk in. She ended up telling me to go pick up my food at the location because she had other routes and couldnt get a hold of me. I called the location because at this point its been well over an hour and a half. Briana of course answers, and does not even care to offer me other options. She claims a refund will be issues in 3 days, then changes her story to say the refund doesnt go through until the delivery driver ends her shift. I asked for her Manager's name. I am furious, what a waste of my time and incompetence. Need better staff employed there who actually want to service customers. Will be calling Jamie Munoz tomorrow, who Brianna...
Read moreThe call center customer service is horrible!!!! It is really hard to maintain clean language and talk about how It is soooo ridiculous and hard it is to just get a hold of the store. I am not talking this particular store. I applied for a job w/ Pizza Hut at one of the other locations, and I was trying to call that other store to ask a quick question about my job application. I am not saying which store. Anyways, it ended up taking an hour. They would say they are going to connect me to the store but then it either disconnects or takes me back to the very beginning back to a robot. The customer service at the store I was trying to reach was fine, I am actually really impressed with the team. They were really cooperative and understanding. For all of you from corporate that are reading this, shame on you. If you aren't going to have all the calls connect straight to the store get a better phone system. Domino's is way better than Pizza Hut when it comes to customer service. At least w/ them I can talk to someone...
