I would give a NEGATIVE 5 if I could... RUDE, RUDE, RUDE... just can’t say it enough!!! So, I placed a mobile order at around 11:15pm, and when I arrived at the restaurant, all the lights were off. The monitor at the drive thru was the only thing still lit, so I pulled up to it, and the treatment I received from the employee on the other end was absolutely appalling! I kindly mentioned that I have a mobile order pending, and she told me they were closed. The app clearly says the drive thru is supposed to close at 1am, and so I then asked, “but aren’t you supposed to close at 1am?”. The response I got was, “SAYS YOU!”, then I said, “what? But what about my order? You’re not supposed to be closed.” She AGAIN said “SAYS YOU!”, followed by “cancel your order, our system is down”. She then said “Have a good night... byyyyyyyyyyye” in a sarcastic way. This was jaw-dropping and the worst treatment I’ve ever received from any fast food employee!!! I’m quite sure the “system down” excuse was just a lie. I then simply drove away since I knew it wouldn’t help to argue and it was obvious I wasn’t going to get my food. I was sooooooo angry!!! This employee needs to be held accountable for treating me like trash and refusing my order without a proper reason. I couldn’t cancel the mobile order and had to email customer service to get a refund. My experience was shockingly horrible. Don’t go here! BURGER KING... are you reading these reviews?!?!?!? Change the management! They’re closing early and getting paid until closing time... talk...
Read moreI ordered through drive-thru and the lady there told me to wait in front of the building to receive my items. After they handed my food and drinks, I doubled checked my items and I realized I was missing somethings from my order. By that time the two workers had already went back into the building and tended to about 5 cars before I went through the drive-thru again to mention that I didn’t receive all my items. When I pulled up to the window I had told them about it but she told me that she couldn’t do anything without a receipt. I checked my Burger King bags if there was any sign of the receipt because they didn’t hand it to me when giving back my change. And sure enough, the receipt was no where to be found- I told them about how they didn’t give me a receipt but they didn’t want to hear anything else from me. Just kept saying no service without a receipt. I paid around $78 for 2 large drinks, 2 8 pc chicken nuggets and 2 large fries to be missing from my order. I understand that the night shift was severely understaffed (as I only saw 2-3 workers) but it was quite a significant amount of food and drinks they were missing. Read moreMe and my family were put out of the store by Justin Walters (claimed to be the manager). He was very condescending along with his cheer leading front cashier. I only asked a question about why a soda with a kids meal cost more than an apple juice with the same meal!!! My question was never answered. I asked for the corporate phone number and was given a number that had been disconnected. I called the number while still in the store. I then asked for a working number and Justin then laughed in my face , gave me a number to the store off the back of a receipt, and asked us to leave his store. He threatened to call the police, I challenged him to call. He didn't do so, but he did escort us to the door, told us to leave...and locked it after we exited. I usually visit this location in the mornings and have never had an issue..... but tonight was horrendous. I advise you not to visit after dark until they put new...
