I went to this store at 9:45 and get they are closing soon so won’t have the freshest experience, but the main reason for the review is for the lack of customer service I received. I ordered a 6 piece lemon pepper finger meal and ended up getting just regular chicken. I called, but they were closing in two minutes and woken t have time to go back. The employee stayed I would need to put the chicken in a bag, but not the fries (probably didn’t want to show how burnt they were) and in order to get a new meal I would need to turn in that chicken and pay the extra $1.40 for the lemon pepper I didn’t pay. WHAT!! This wasn’t my error as I ordered lemon pepper and didn’t get it. I called the next morning and spoke with a manager who said they can’t to anything for THEIR mistake unless I bought back the chicken. At 10:00 at night after a football game I’m ordering food after a long day at work and not going to wait another half hour for food to be cooked at home. No resolution and our $14 for a meal we couldn’t fully eat and no acknowledgment for the error and just concerned with the extra $1.40 I need to pay for their employee getting my order wrong (assuming there was none left and didn’t want to make another batch before they closed in 10 minutes). Read moreI went through drive thru and ordered a large chicken sandwich combo with Lemonade. When I got back to my office I bit into sandwich and chicken was rubbery. Meaning it’s under cooked. Also had pink undertone. I called store to inform them about what occurred. Spoke to female manager, she was apologetic and said this happens sometimes, which is scary to think that this happens often which could put the public at risk for becoming ill. She said come back and she would get it fixed. I informed her that I didn’t have time to return because my lunch break time was over, but I could return there next time I was in the area. The manager assured me that she wrote my name down and would take care of me when I returned. Today, a week or a little more later I return. Person at counter goes and checks for my name and comes back and says he didn’t see it. And so another lunch break is wasted. I’ve could have just ordered something and paid, but it was the principal.
Update.. after a phone call from the staff I returned and they offered me a replacement meal and treated me well. Ester the manager made sure that everything was right. I respect that they went above and beyond to make it right. Mark was...
