I want to say "thank you" to Panera for having fresh, tasty food on each of my visits to this location. I've just started eating at Panera couple of months ago and I really enjoy dining here. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt again, this time I paired it with the BBQ Chicken Salad.....sooo delicious and freshly prepared. On top of that, associate Briana was awesome! She was polite and very accommodating to me and my desire to watch my calorie intake. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I signed up for the monthly coffee subscription.
I revisited Tuesday, ordering the Chicken Avocado sandwich and Fuji Salad, which were both delicious! Carolina took my order. She was also super amazing, informing me that I had a $10 off coupon, which made my order a whopping $0.73!!! How awesome is that! The gentleman that handed my food to me was also very polite.
My visit yesterday was just as awesome as the other visits. Kudos to Kendra was impeccable! She's very customer service-oriented. She informed me I had another $10.00 reward, which made my entire me free. I'm now wondering why it took me this long to start having breakfast at Panera. The atmosphere is relaxing, unlimited coffee, fresh food, and free wifi while I study for my exams. Food was awesome....Chicken Avacado sandwich and Fuji Salad...mmmmmm. The only issue I've had with my visit yesterday and again today is the same couple that dined inside the restaurant the past two days, although she the wife is sick. She coughs a lot without covering her mouth. They, along with several others also sit at posted "Seat/Table Unavailable" to respect social distancing. Thank God I had my Lysol aerosol spray and Lysol wipes to keep the germs from spreading to everyone else. I leave them out on my table while I study just in case anyone needs to use them. I come here pretty frequently for lunch as I work a few doors down from you. My visit today I came through the drive through and had a pretty lengthy order. Tamara was super sweet with me as I changed part of my order last minute. She took my payment and within a few seconds what I believe to be your manager came to the window and gave me my food. I normally always check the bag but I was completely out of it and noticed when I got back to work that my sandwich was missing. I quickly circled back and came inside as the line for the drive thru had doubled. Upon entry there were several customers waiting to order food so I soon realized i’d be standing in line for quite a while before I was gonna get my sandwich. However whoever was working the register even with the lengthy line she had I think noticed my receipt in my hand and immediately got your manager. She knew exactly why I was there was so apologetic for me having to come back she gave me a cookie from the bakery which absolutely made my day I love your cookies! lol Just wanted to say thank you to her and I wish I could’ve gotten her name but just know your team here is amazing they definitely deserve to be praised!...
Read moreWe have been coming to this location ever since we moved to here. The attention to detail for the drive thru is the absolute worst at this location. The drive thru always messes up our orders even after we complained about them. I believe the attendant (for the dinner rush) who takes the orders and gives the food is very lazy person. We have to wait at the window for a very long time. Especially yesterday I waited an annoying amount of time for just two smoothies. The female and male employee for the window saw me pull up. Both never came over to greet me. We had eye contact, so I know they knew I was there. They both decided to "stay busy" by prepping for the other customers food that was behind me. My smoothies were done and waiting on the counter before I had pulled up the the window. So it is not like they were waiting on the smoothies to be made. Not only did I wait a long time, I paid a lot for smoothies that were not full and were very watery (probably from all that waiting around). Now I complain because I only use the drive thru because of it's convenience not to be lazy.
